All resort facilities are available which include 2 large outdoor pools, indoor heated pool, heated spa pool, games room & fully equipped gym with sauna & steam room, and BBQ area. 8 person cinema room is available for hire.
A Day Spa is located in the complex, as well as poolside cafe. The patrolled beach is located just across the street, and a short walk to will get you to the heart of Surfers Paradise. There are ample restaurants and cafes nearby, including The 4217 warehouse development with Salt Meats Cheese and Brooklyn Depot Burgers
There is a single car bay allocated to the unit which is secured by electronic key entry.
The LIGHT RAIL station is at the front of the building and can take you anywhere from Broadbeach to the Gold Coast University Hospital. This includes Pacific Fair and Australia Fair shopping centres, as well as the Broadwater Parklands.
