Post Booking and Check-in Procedure
1. Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you a Welcome Letter, which will outline the check-in procedure.
2. Four weeks prior to the check-in date, we will send you our comprehensive “Guest Welcome Book”.
3. At the check-in day, our onsite manager will meet and greet you at the front of the lobby before taking you to the apartment to introduce the property and facilities.
