This property is set on exclusive acreage is close to restaurants and dining, National parks, Robina Shopping Centre, Mudgeeraba Village, Robina Train station. You’ll love its quiet cul de sac, the open plan, comfy beds, all with views, the peace and quiet, listening to the birds and pool views. Great for couples, or larger families.

This is truly a beautiful property located in the heart of Tallai's Hinterland. Habitat 4 is located in Gold Coast’s prestigious acreage suburb of Tallai, a perfect destination for 4 industry professionals working locally or for 8 guests choosing the comfort of a luxury house on acreage to get away from it all or be close to National park of Springbrook.

Entering this shared acreage property, the entrance to the main house Habitat 4" is driving straight ahead to the main house and parking in the double carport. Walking through the entrance door, you will immediately see open plan living which overlooks a massive outdoor undercover main entertaining area complete with inground pool and slide.

This modern 4 bedroom home comprises:

MASTER: A spacious bedroom with 1 x QS bed, air-conditioner and ensuite





Bath, separate shower, separate toilet.


Full working separate laundry containing washing machine, dryer, ironing facilities. There is also an outdoor clothes line and the cupboards have spare pillows and blankets.


Habitat 4 has an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen, where the kitchen is central to all areas of the house where you can cook and still be part of the entertainment in the lounge, dining or outdoor alfresco.

Both sides of the lounge have sliding doors with beautiful views either over a private courtyard, or views of the massive outdoor undercover alfresco and swimming pool.

The lounge room is built for modern luxurious comfort and there’s plenty of seating for 8 guests so relax to enjoy watching Foxtel TV or just to gaze outside to see the beautiful views through the floor to ceiling sliding doors.

Listen to the abundance of birdlife that rivals any wildlife sanctuary You'll hear on a daily the songs of kookaburra's cockatoos, lorrikeets, magpies, and in the winter/spring season, its the Storm bird that nests each year. You'll also see, on the rare occasion, the extremely private native pheasant.


A fully stocked working kitchen with wall oven, microwave, dishwasher and double sink overlooking the outdoor pool and entertainment area.

Habitat 4 is in a flat located hinterland spot, so our nights can be cool, even in those spring/summer months.

We have plenty of blankets and duvets to keep you warm, but its best to bring warmer layers of clothes and a jacket for those cooler seasons.


On the lounge room coffee table is an information folder containing lots of entertaining ideas of walking trails, dining and shopping in the area.

Tallai is the gateway to Springbrook National Park where you can enjoy beautiful walking trails around the scenic rim, and experience amazing coastal and canyon views. Up at Springbrook you can also visit the glow worm cave and fudge shop.

Further along in the hinterland is Mount Tamborine village and Eagle Heights, a 40 minute drive, with its own brewery, restaurants and village shops. There's also the popular "Tamborine Rainforest Skywalk".

Tallai is a small community of which most houses are on acreage, and has an amazing community spirit.

Tallai sits on the fringe of the Gold Coast and neighbours the historical village of Mudgeeraba which rose to prominence in 1903 when a railway line and station were built linking Brisbane in QLD to Tweed Heads, NSW.

Today, this leafy Mudgeeraba village has a spacious, community, country feel to it with quaint restaurants, cafes, craft galleries and fresh produce markets and is a definite must see while on holiday here.

We are extremely lucky as Habitat 4 is an acreage property yet is only 4.5km to the major multi-level shopping precinct of Robina Town Centre.

This idyllic hinterland location lies in a tiny cul de sac of only 7 houses and is situated on an flat green acre of land which is shared with Habitat 3, a 2 bedroom guest house, yet Habitat 4 has a different lookout completely different to the guest house. In fact, for large groups you can book both Habitat 3 and 4, which would accommodate a maximum of 12 guests based on 6 x QS beds.

We are only a 5 minute drive to the Pacific Highway where, if heading North, will take you in 20 minutes, to Australia’s favourite theme park attractions such as Movie World; Wet 'n Wild; Dreamworld and Australian Outback.

Or travel directly East to the coastal suburb of Broadbeach, to enjoy the beach and the newly renovated Pacific Fair shopping Centre by day or experience all of Broadbeach’s numerous mouth-watering dining delights in the evening.

Alternatively, travel South on the motorway and head towards the beautiful coastal suburb of Burleigh Heads, with its free public displays of fire twirling and bongo drums each Sunday evening. It’s a fun family outing and don’t forget to try the battered chips at one of the local fish n chip shops. Or if you’re feeling adventurous, climb the National Park of Burleigh Headland to experience spectacular coastal views.

Byron Bay is a 45 minute drive South on the M1, and is well known for its array of boutique shops, coastal walks, and whale watching from up high at the lighthouse.
