Description

Oasis 13 is a ground floor, single-level, two-bedroom property, a popular holiday choice for the elderly and families with small children.

The single level allows peace-of-mind for a child-friendly environment.

Oasis 13 accommodates up to five guests and one infant quite comfortably.

The spacious open- plan living areas boast stylish white furnishings. Air-conditioning/ ceiling fans throughout including the bedrooms, offer total comfort.

The kitchen features state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances including, an oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave and fridge, complete with breakfast bar with stools.

Cutlery and cookware and storage containers, plastic cups, plates and cutlery for kids are all there on hand.

You can take in the views and surroundings from your indoor six-seater dining setting, or from the very spacious, louvered indoor/outdoor balcony.

This balcony area has a 6 seater outdoor setting and bbq, ideal for alfresco dining.

The balcony is also very safe for small children as it is fully enclosed. The bi-fold shutters fitted on top, can be left closed for extreme privacy or open to admire the stunning ocean views.

The lounge room is bright and cosy and flows on to the balcony. The lounge room has a large lounge suite, a wall mounted 42" Plasma TV, DVD player, as well as a stereo for your entertainment.

The inclusion of a fold-out ottoman in the lounge area accommodates two extra guests.

The master bedroom with adjoining ensuite is completed with a corner spa bath and separate shower.

This ensuite also serves as a two-way bathroom.

The master bedroom features a king bed with a TV. It leads onto the balcony.

The second bedroom allows you to have the option of king bed or 2 single beds as required. It is next to the powder room.

The powder room consists of a toilet and basin.

The internal laundry is equipped with a top loader washing machine and clothes dryer, ironing board and iron.

The Oasis complex is complimented by an in-ground swimming pool...which is just 30m from your front door...very convenient for kids, especially if you wish to avoid the busy resort pools

You are also welcome to use the resort pools on the island, only a 2 min drive in your buggy

Bottle of champagne on arrival for stays of 7 nights or more.

Beach towels are supplied for your convenience - just bring your swimmers and, sunscreen...of course.

Kitchen/ bathroom supplies: A complimentary starter pack of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, washing detergents, washing powder and soaps are supplied.

If you are travelling with a baby, a portacot with linen, and highchair are provided at no extra cost at all.

Oasis 13 has a 4- seater electric buggy with seat belts for your use during your stay. Valued at $85 per day if you had to hire one

All you need to do is plug it in each night.

Drivers must hold a valid drivers license. Proof of license is required. Please note buggy can only carry 4 people.

Valet return Hamilton Island Airport transfers. Look for the sign with your name on it

Check in: Guests met at Hamilton Island Airport or Marina are taken directly to apartment. Valet service has keys to property and buggy. A 2pm check is applied in most cases. Check out: strictly 10am: The valet service will normally collect you an hour prior to your departure. They will discuss this with you on your arrival.

Oasis 13 is located on the northwestern side and offers spectacular views overlooking Henning and Dent Islands.

It is in a quiet location up on a hillside.

This apartment is ideally situated, just a short distance from the marina, restaurants and boutiques and the New Yacht club. In fact, it is only a 5 minute walk or a 1 minute buggy ride to the front street, and approx a 3 min buggy ride to the beach.

FEEDBACK FROM GUESTS - HI RACE WEEK 2012

Oasis 13 was home for 9 days during Hamilton Island Race Week 2012 for

6 male sailors ranging in age from 40 to 70 and at the end of it all remained cordial. The apartment had all the comforts of home and everything worked as the architect intended. The electric buggy had new batteries and was the fastest on the block as a racing sailor appreciates. The agent's advice on the Valet Service and Coles on Line was sound and it all worked well. We brought our own beer and durable food by boat and used Dan Murphy's on line service for wine and liquor this arrived at HIPO in 3 days from order. Laurence was most accommodating in accepting payment from the individuals and was pleasant to deal with. We made the initial booking through "Stayz", our preferred accommodation agency. If you are used to living in 4 star accommodation you will be comfortable here.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Average property We were disappointed with the golf buggie provided. Reported issue and told bad luck. We had painters using our car park and they started painting early in the morning which didn't give peace or privacy. The shower needed a good bleach as there was mould. Air conditioning worked well. Spent a lot of money and was overall disappointed with accomodation.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Property in total Paradise We had an amazing 6 night stay during the school holidays, the property is very private & included a buggy! the apartment was clean and appliances a good standard included a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer & BBQ. the recommendations from Laurence for ordering alcohol and coles online saved us hundreds of dollars. 100% recommendation

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Oasis 13 The overall maintenance and cleanliness of the property was mediocre... My partner and I found that the outside area very dirty, the spa bath malfunctioning and the apartment lacking some general cleaning. Those issues aside, Oasis 13 is in a great location for couples who want a private get away. The couches and beds were very comfortable and all rooms were equipped with a great air conditioning system. The buggy was fantastic and reliable, making exploring around the island much easier. The private parking is also a bonus ! Oasis 13 is a great value property, with some maintenance this place would be perfect. Regardless my partner and I really enjoyed our stay at Oasis 13. Thanks Laurence !

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Couldn't wish for more! We were met at the airport by the valet service, who drove us to Oasis 13. Our first impressions of the apartment were 'wow'-much better than we expected. The buggy was brilliant, as, although we love walking, the hills are a killer!! The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped. The patio area was wonderful to eat in, and we had our 'own' cockatoo who would visit from time to time and try and make off with the marmalade pot. Pool excellent, and very warm. No loungers though, so not a sunbathing area. Only negative was that the shower screen needed a good clean, but everything else was spotless. I could have called housekeeping but chose not to. We had an intermittent problem with the hot water, but on calling we did have someone come out that day. We had a wonderful stay, and would happily book again. One thing that would make life a lot easier, though, please Mr or Mrs owner, move the door knob over to the left!! Opening the door is a nightmare. My hand is still sporting the bruises from lack of clearance when you open the front door!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Oasis 13 November 2015 Laurence was excellent to deal with making the booking process and arrival process seamless. We were greeted by the valet service promptly on our arrival at Hamilton island airport and we were introduced to our buggy then and there. Unfortunately our first impressions of the apartment were not great. It was not very clean with sandy floors, smudges on the windows and chocolate on the TV remote control. The apartment itself also is in dire need of renovation, with paint peeling from the roof in the bathroom and also rot in the roof of the outdoor area. Apart from these small negatives our stay was a joyful one. This was our fourth time to Hamilton Island. The free buggy (as part of the booking) was a treat and Laurence's suggestion of ordering coles online to be delivered was a masterstroke. Anyone who has been to Hamilton Island can tell you that buying food is expensive. Therefore I would definitely suggest ordering coles online for all of your grocery needs. All in all we were happy with Oasis 13 as it was a cheaper option than other places we have stayed however the room does need some attention.
