If you are looking for a newly renovated, spacious holiday home with incredible 1st floor views right in the heart of Hamilton Island, then look no further than Poinciana 101. This beautifully appointed three-bedroom apartment will have you enchanted with its practical layout, stylish furnishing and vistas of the ocean right at your doorstep.

The hub of this apartment is the open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area, where no expense has been spared to make this space a fully modern, yet very comfortable space that will cater to every discerning holiday- maker’s needs. Catering for friends and family while on holiday will be a breeze in the fully updated kitchen with a brand new range hood and microwave as well as new crockery and utensils. The dining area is the perfect place to share a home-cooked meal, and seats up to six, while the lounge provides the perfect place for entertainment and relaxation with its comfortable couches, coffee table, LCD TV (including Austar), DVD, and iPod station.

From here the expansive ranch sliders lead out onto the balcony that runs alongside the whole open- plan area and the master bedroom. You will be delighted to find a stylish new outdoor table setting with six matching chairs and two sun lounges, as well as a new electric BBQ, making this outdoor space fully equipped for al-fresco dining and winding-down among the truly breath-taking views of Hamilton Island, the ocean and the islands beyond.

The master bedroom, also opening to the balcony, captures the stunning views and is tastefully furnished with a very comfortable king size bed, gorgeous new bedspread, blankets and linen, as well as new bed side tables, new spacious mirrored wardrobes with great storage and sliding doors and new Greystone tiled flooring. The adjoining en-suite bathroom is also fully renovated to include all new spacious walk in shower, corner bath, toilet, bathroom fittings as well as the same Greystone non-slip tiled flooring throughout.

Like the master bedroom, the other two bedrooms have been fully updated with modern bed linen, stylish new furniture and new Greystone tiled flooring. The second bedroom is furnished with a brand-new queen sized bed, while the third one has two king singles.

The second spacious bathroom also features a new walk in shower, brand- new bathroom fittings and Greystone tiling. There is also a separate laundry with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. Other extras offered by Poinciana 101 include a high chair, baby cot and a rollaway bed that can be used on request. The apartment is air-conditioned and provides ceiling fans throughout, ensuring that the temperature and tropical air flow can be perfectly controlled to your liking.

The apartment is situated within a great complex that offers a beautifully landscaped outdoor pool area, as well as being situated close to other resort pools, amenities and the Marina hub which offers multiple food and entertainment options. Getting around is made even easier by the complimentary use of a buggy, which has been outfitted for safety with three new harness points for child/baby car seat and a complementary new, child/baby seat (suitable for up to four years)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A good start of the year! We had such an amazing time during our stay at 101 Poinciana Lodge. The employees are friendly and very accommodating. The landscape provides such a nice view. The apartment has a spacious lounge room which was perfect for our larger family. A huge wall mounted LCD TV was a bonus for the men in our family. The kitchen is very clean and well equipped. The apartment has everything that made our holiday worthwhile and memorable. We will be visiting 101 Poinciana Lodge again soon. Such a wonderful place to just let yourself loosen up from a very busy and hectic schedule. My husband and I enjoyed our stay and we cannot wait to visit this place again for our next holiday.
