Straddie Beach Villa is nestled in the prime back row location of the Allure Resort overlooking the native bushland setting. The resort is situated opposite magnificent Home Beach - one of several unspoilt surf beaches in close proximity.

Resort facilities include a heated pool, children's playground and exercise room. There is also a cafe/french bakery onsite which offers fantastic burgers and pizzas as well as fresh baguettes, sourdough and croissants baked daily.

The villa sleeps 5 and is ideal for families or 2 couples. Rates include all linen and towels. Minimum stay is 3 nights during low season and 7 nights during school holidays.

The villa is a unique design within the resort featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a shady patio out the back. The villa's two separate pods are joined by a large verandah with undercover outdoor dining.

The master bedroom pod features a queen bed and ensuite and opens onto the inter-connecting verandah. The second pod comprises the main open plan living, dining and kitchen area, a second bedroom and the main bathroom. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and single on the top.

The villa features polished floors and is stylishly furnished with European appliances including four burner cooktop, oven, microwave and espresso machine. It is air conditioned with ceiling fans throughout, full security screening and undercover parking. There is a separate laundry with top loader washer and dryer.

The large outdoor deck with shade sail includes a gas BBQ and built in seating. An additional deck at the back overlooks an expansive lawn and native bushland. This deck connects to a private patio with lounge seating and a hammock underneath the banksia trees. Here you can get close to plenty of local wildlife - kookaburras, honeyeaters, kangaroos and wallabies regularly visit the back garden.

We provide a number of items for your use to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, including games, beach toys, bluetooth speaker, port-a-cot, tea, coffee, soaps and various other household items.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Straddie Bliss - 10/10. We will be back!!! The Straddie Beach Villa is the ultimate island getaway. We felt at home as soon as we arrived. Bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms were immaculate and we spent lots of time within all three 'chill zone' spaces - the front deck, dining area and back deck / lawn. We loved the central location, and that we could walk to Home Beach bright and early in the morning, and then visit French bakery within the complex for a coffee and croissant on the walk home. Plenty of board games to keep us entertained despite a day of stormy weather. We even got a visit from a kangaroo and joey on the back lawn on our last morning. Thank you to the owners for creating such a fantastic island getaway. We will be back.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Terrific and comfortable We had such a great few days in this well designed, affordable and cosy Villa. Small but well planned and with a bit of grassy back yard and a 3 min walk to the beach it was perfect for our family of boys. The wale watching close by was a real treat and it was still warm enough to swim.
