This oasis of a beach home has plenty of room to spread out offering 5 bedrooms, 7 beds, 2.5 separate bathrooms including a spa bath, a large open plan living room with new 55" OLED Smart TV includes Netflix that leads to a large front balcony, eclectic style furnishings, fans in each room, 2 stocked kitchens, dinning area that leads to a private covered back deck with BBQ and beautiful in-ground pool surrounded by lush palm trees and outdoor shower, laundry, large garden patio, and garage parking for 1 car and off street parking for 2 cars.
The house layout is the following:
Downstairs: front entrance to the house opens to a nice size living room with comfy double futon bed, stocked kitchenette, 1 large bedroom with queen size bed, en suite & walk in closet, 1 bedroom nook with single mattress, and doors leading to a large garden patio area.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with queen size beds & closets sleeps 4 guests, 1 separate bathroom and 2 separate toilets, large living room leading to front balcony, and open plan kitchen and dinning area leading to the back patio and pool area.
In addition, the 3 car garage has been newly renovated to include an extra large bedroom with a king size bed and a double bed that sleeps 4 more guests, with a window looking out to the pool area.
This home is located in a peaceful neighbourhood a short stroll to famous Alex Beach. Enjoy the beach, Alex Surf Club, bars, restaurants, parks, supermarket and local cafes all close by. Walk around the corner and spend some time walking through Alex Forest on your way to neighbouring Mooloolaba Esplanade or Cotton Tree / Maroochydore for lots of boutique shopping and more dining and entertainment options.
The entrance to Alex Forest is 2 minutes walk down Woonum Rd, right on Oloway Rd & quick left on Oloway Ct - 5 minute walk through to Alex Beach, Surf Club & cafes.
This tropical oasis is a great base for a family or a few couples looking for a getaway on the Sunshine Coast
Upon arrival I will greet you with the keys and show you around the property. I'll also be available during your stay to assist or answer any questions. Otherwise, I won't disturb you during your holiday.

The famous Eumundi Markets run every Wednesday and Saturday mornings with great live music, eating and shopping. Cotton Tree and Fisherman's Rd Markets are open Sunday mornings, Mooloolaba night markets are on Friday nights, and a must visit to Ocean St Markets when offered on Friday nights in Maroochydore. The coast also offers Mooloolaba Underwater World, Australia Zoo, Aussie World, hikes in Noosa National Park & Mt Coolum, swim and hike at Kondalilla Falls, boutique shopping in the Hinterland areas....and sooo much more.
There is also a Coles, Aldi and IGA supermarket nearby, and the Sunshine Coast Plaza Shopping Centre.

Sorry, no weddings, functions, parties of any sort or schoolies. My house is for residential purposes only. Functions are strictly not permitted and penalties apply.
Number of Guests:
The number of occupants must not exceed the number agreed to at the time of booking.
The property is offered in good clean condition. You will be required to leave the house as close as possible to how it is presented to you with all rubbish removed and placed in bins provided, fridges empty, furniture unmoved or replaced to its original position, bathrooms tidy, BBQ cleaned and all kitchen items cleaned and placed away. Rubbish over and above what will fit in the supplied exterior wheelie bins will incur a removal fee. Should the professional cleaners be required to do more than their usual clean due to the premises being left in an untidy state, an hourly rate will be charged for excess cleaning.
Breakages or Damages:
Guests shall be responsible for the costs of rectification of any damage to the premises or contents. Please kindly report any breakages or damages as soon as possible.
Please call me directly for any maintenance issues that arise during your stay. I will arrange for my preferred provider to fix the matter for you as soon as possible.
No responsibility is taken by the owner for the guests personal property.
The owner will not be responsible for any injury suffered to a guest, or visitors of a guest unless such injury resulted from the negligence of the owner.
Excess Noise/ Nuisance:
Please kindly refrain from creating or permitting any noise or nuisance, which is likely to interfere with the peaceful enjoyment of my neighbours.
Loss or damage to keys and garage remotes will incur an additional charge. In the event you have misplaced the keys or left the keys in the property please contact me.
Please kindly ensure all windows and doors are closed and locked.
