Use of pool is at guests' discretion. We take no responsibility over incidents that happen in and around the pool area and are not liable for accidents et al. We strongly recommend parents and individuals use the family pool and garden with care and leave it tidy as found. No glass or food is allowed in the area and no drinks in the water. No animals on any furniture and no pets in the pool area. We strongly request guests use the amenities for tidying up after dogs in garden, regularly and on a daily basis. Only guests to use pool area.
Parking off-street on left hand side of property on the lawn or on the roadside of the cul-de-sac. Passenger access through left gate onto wrap-around deck to private fully fenced ground floor apartment. Three accesses: lounge slider, master bedroom slider, and glass French doors also being the lockable entrance to apartment.
Best to have a vehicle as we are 5 minutes from all amenities including Sunshine Coast Motorway, Bruce Highway, beaches. However, there are bus services that are very reliable: we are 1 minute walk from Coppersmith to Deloraine in Headland Park for the local route services. Tropical, spacious, luxurious and cool, our well-ventilated private north and east-facing ground-level separate bungalow/apartment is under main house located near the top of a quiet cul-de-sac on Buderim hill; with new beds and very comfortable mattresses and bedding: one extra queen in main bedroom and cool queen bedroom both with with robes and chests, relaxing lounge with two couches, 40"tv, dvd player, free wifi and internet, cottage dining table and chairs, ironing and washing machine and drying facilities, large square shower and new toilet, new galley kitchen with all amenities, coffee machine, mwave, dwasher etc., private garden, furnished deck, private access to tropical garden pool and setting complete with lapa bali hut and native birds.
Because we treasure our antique furnishings in the apartment, a $200 cash bond will be required upon arrival for families with children 15 years and under. This will be returned upon mutual inspection upon your departure between 8-10am on your departing day. We also ask that you keep the apartment clean and tidy. For guests staying two weeks plus, Linen and towels will be changed and laundered. The cleaning fee is for entire spring clean of apartment between bookings/after a booking is finished and the family/couple have vacated. Please keep in mind, this is a family home, and all the furnishings belong to our family. Respect of our property is graciously asked and if any damage does happen, to furnishings or linen, please let Geri or Dave know before your departure. $200 cash bond is refunded upon completion of inspection.
Safety features: fire extinguisher, smoke alarms, three entrances/exits to deck and private gate access to on and off street parking in the quiet cul-de-sac, hosepipes.
