The main house has a choice of bedding options in the oversized bedrooms of either double, queen or king size. There is a pull out king single mattress if an extra bed is needed. The kitchen has a butler’s pantry and laundry with dryer outside.
There is parking in the driveway for two cars. Please note that the garage is not available Public transport to Sunshine Plaza shopping mall only 1-minute walk away.
This property has a completely separate and self contained flat underneath. There is one internal connecting door if you choose to use both homes.
The flat comes with complete kitchen, lounge and dinning area. One main bedroom with queen bed and a very large separate lounge room, or use it as another bedroom as it has a very comfortable double futon if needed. Every room of the flat has glimpses of the ocean and a tropical garden, with a private unfenced courtyard.
