The Estate on Bribe Island is an adult retreat set up for entertainment, privacy, and incredible views. From the moment you drive up through the porte-cochere with its pillars and walk up to the massive doorway you know you've arrived at someplace special.
The double stairway leading up to the ducted air-conditioned living areas has enough storage underneath for all your needs. The 40 square metre living room with its cathedral ceiling has plenty of furniture for all the guest to enjoy the audio-visual entertainment on hand with unlimited WiFi Internet and Foxtel sports.
There are 4 bedrooms, a king in the master with ensuite, balcony, and walk-in wardrobe. Two queen sizes bedrooms, each with a balcony, and a fourth with 2 king size singles. All bedrooms are equipped with a desk, chair, and plenty of built-in closet space.
The main bathroom has a laundry chute, a 2 person oval spa, shower, and a water closet close by with a state of the art electric bidet, and an auto hand dryer.
Moving on into the kitchen it comes equipped with all the essentials needed for any chef along with plenty of cookware, appliances, plates and settings for barbecuing whether on the upstairs balcony or the downstairs pool area. There are two separate barbecues for each area. The formal dining room overlooks the pool and canal with views out to the Pumicestone Passage only 100 metres away.
The downstairs entertainment area contains a 10 x 5 professional pool table, darts, a bar, and another audio-visual entertainment centre where Foxtel can be modulated from the upstairs A/V centre. There is plenty of furniture for those wanting to view the billiard table action, television, or just watch what's taking place in the swimming pool. A dance floor is also included for those inclined to just listen to the music and dance the night away.
Leading out of the entertainment area there is a gym to keep you fit, a laundry, a shower for when you get out of the pool or gym, and another water closet close by. This area also contains the enclosed attached garage big enough for a couple of cars, small boat, or jet skis. The back entrance of the garage has a roller door that opens up to reveal your personal private boat ramp leading down to a jetty and pontoon.
As you exit the backdoor you have entered into one of the most private backyards on any canal anywhere, complete with barbecue and swimming pool area. The 11-metre lap pool can be enjoyed in total privacy day or night. Turn on the swimming pool lights at night lay back and enjoy the solar heated swimming pool as you gaze into the Milky Way.
Attention has been paid to your comfort and security in order to make your stay a pleasant and memorable experience here at the Estate on Bribie Island. Easy access to the mainland bridge is just a couple of minutes by car and the Sandstone Point Hotel is only a 20-minute walk away or a couple minutes by jet ski or boat.
The Estate is a pet friendly home and children under 12 are discouraged from staying here due to the high open balustrades and balconies.
