This is the ultimate one of a kind beachfront holiday home that will tick all the boxes for your next family getaway. Located in a very special spot along Pumicestone passage you can walk directly from the back yard to the stunning white sands and crystal clear waters of Bribie Island. Nowhere else on the island will you be able to stay and access this very special piece of prime beachfront land.
Not only are you located in the most amazing, peaceful, secret, beach front hide away you have the centre of the island with in a minutes' walk. Here you will find shops, cafes, clubs, markets, parks and kilometres of pathed walking and biking tracks. You also have Buckley's Hole Conservation Park within walking distance. The park covers an area of 87 hectares and contains a freshwater lagoon, woodland, open forest and beach. It is nature/wildlife watchers dream as well as a prime fishing spot and picnic area.
For those families with a four legged fur-baby the outstanding Red Beach off leash dog beach is a short walk or minutes' drive up the road. Everything you need for an outstanding family beachside holiday is at this property. As well as this very special location the house has room for the entire family as it sleeps nine people in the main house and if you wish to book the second house on the block you can accommodate another four people in here. The house is open plan downstairs with plenty of windows and glass sliders to enjoy the views over the ocean.
Downstairs is the living room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom and laundry. This is a spacious area with room for the family to gather and enjoy time together. This area also flows on to the outdoor area which accommodates a table and chairs set and BBQ surrounded by the fully fenced yard perfect for the kids and dog to stretch their legs. What is even better is you can sit back on the outdoor furniture and still watch over the kids while they play at the beach, that is how close you are to the water.
Upstairs are the three bedrooms, a kids play area with bean bags, a Wii and PlayStation and the main bathroom. Both the main bedroom and second bedroom have stunning ocean views and direct access to the veranda. All three bedrooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans and built in robes. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and a private seating area. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and two single beds and the third bedroom has three single beds.
By staying at this ultimate beach house you will be able to enjoy the very best of everything Bribie Island has to offer.
Please note that if you do not book both houses there may be other occupants in the second house located on this property however this is completely separate from the main house including access, parking, yard area etc. If you are interested in booking the cottage second house please contact the office. Parking for this property is off street however not covered, there is also additional parking across the road for additional guests or visitors. If you book the cottage this comes with a single lock up garage.

A Booking Fee of $10.00 and a cleaning fee of $105.00 applies.
A $50 pet fee applies if you bring your small well behaved dog.
A pre-authorised bond of $300 - $500 will be held on your credit card upon check in. This will be released to your credit card when the property has been inspected and approved after your vacate.
Linen Hire: $22.50 x Queen Set and $15 x Single Set. On request, beds can be made up prior to your arrival.
