The cottage also offers a lock up garage that is fitted with a completely laundry.
The cottage is designed primarily for a couple as the bathroom is an ensuite style off the master bedroom however there is a small second bedroom area with bunks and upon request the owner will allow small children to be accommodated in this room.
As well as a lovely place to relax the cottage offers an excellent location with shops, cafes, clubs and the stunning Bribie Island waterfront all within a few minute's walk away.
Please understand there are two properties on this block of land, both properties are completely separate including all parking, access etc. Both the cottage and the second house on this block are available for holiday letting and you can book both houses if you wish to have the entire property to yourself.
