There are 2 living areas with comfortable lounges and both with flat screen TV's and one with a DVD Player. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes all of the mod as well as a dishwasher. There are 4 bedrooms in total accommodating 8 guests. The master bedroom looks out over the entertaining area and through to the water. The master bedroom includes an ensuite. The other 3 bedrooms all include ceiling fans. The main bathroom has a separate toilet, shower, bath and vanity. There is a single lock up garage as well as plenty of parking in the driveway.

A pre-authorised bond of $300 - $500 will be held on your credit card upon check in. This will be released to your credit card when the property has been inspected and approved after your vacate.
Boat must be booked in at time of booking. Any changes must be made no more than 3 business days prior to your arrival.
Linen Hire: $22.50 x Queen Set and $15 x Single Set. On request, beds can be made up prior to your arrival.
