The kitchen is equipped with everything one could need and features stainless steel appliances.
The main bedroom is separate from the other three bedrooms and it features a queen bed and a TV as well as a lovely ensuite. Bedroom two has a queen bed and bedrooms three and four have two single beds in each.

The double garage is not available for use by holiday guests; however two cars can be parked in the driveway and a boat trailer can be stored on the concrete slab.

EXTRA TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREED TO WHEN BOOKING 10 TRIMARAN COURT BANKSIA BEACH 1.STRICTLY NO PARTIES OR YOUNG GROUPSThis home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac and would only suit a family holiday.2.All occupants must be over the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian old enough to be a parental figure. 3.No more than two cars are allowed to be housed at the property at any one time and strictly no campervans are to be kept at the property unless permission is granted by the owners prior to arrival. 4.This property sleep 6-8 people depending of the group make up e.g. we will happily accept 4adults and 4children however you will need to seek approval for any more than four adults residing in the property prior to booking. 5. All occupants must ensure external noise is minimised after 10pm this includes the outdoor entertaining area and pool area which should not be used after 10pm. 6.This property has a minimum seven night stay policy. We also do not accept any bookings related to local festivals e.g. Guests attending any festivals at the Sandstone hotel are not authorised to let this holiday home7.Please note at any time a member of the managing agency can inspect the property if they believe it is being misused. 8. A bond of $1000 will be required on or before collecting the keys, this bond will be returned to you via cheque after the property has been inspected and approved it was left in the correct manner.
