Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gorgeous Location We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dugong Retreat. Located in a nice quiet family friendly area with a short walk to a park and short drive to woolies and the boat ramp. The house itself is roomy, clean and has everything you need or want for a short to mid-length stay. The kids were entertained by netflix and the air hockey table so the adults could relax on the patio and take in the canal view. We also had nothing but pleasant, helpful contact with the lovely owners! Will definitely be back!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great home for the Family & Pet Fantastic home and out door areas for all to enjoy particularly geared to family entertainment, very clean and well presented, all you could want for a home away from home holiday, The extras in the pantry was appreciated too as was the ducted air conditioning and the pool to help us cope with the heat wave. The only slight disappointment was the distance to the shops and the beach needing to get the car out, although the lovely view over the canal certainly made up for it. Thank you Cleonie and Bruce.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful holiday getaway! We recently stayed at Dugong Retreat for a few days, and it was absolutely excellent. Bruce was a wonderful host, easy to contact by phone and email. Everything in the house was very accessible and they provided so many extras (coffee machine, Netflix access, free wifi, use of kayak, etc)! We had a blast playing board games and using the air hockey table; we had many a lovely meal outside on their beautiful patio, and really enjoyed the serene views of the canal. The pool was perfect for our relaxing holiday, and my dog had a blast watching the world go by. It was great being able to cook at home, and we really had a wonderful time. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking to travel with their pets. We will definitely be back! Thanks Bruce and Cleonie!
