The back yard is fully fenced from the canal which makes it very safe for both the kids and small dog to play. This property allows guests full access and use of the pontoon so there is even a place for your boat.

Leave the car in the carport and walk to Bribie's famous solander bowls club or Sues Take away which was crowned with Brisbane's best burger. There is also a variety of shops and cafes to potter around. A few more steps from the shops you will find the beautiful water front or better known as Pumicestone passage. Here you will find endless pathed walking and biking tracks, picnic stops, play grounds, gym equipment and of course the white sandy waterfront of Bribie island.

A small outside dog under 10kgs is allowed. There is a $50 non-refundable pet fee.
Linen Hire: $22.50 x Queen Set and $15 x Single Set. On request, beds can be made up prior to your arrival.
Minimum 2 night stay off peak and minimum 7 night stay during the school holidays
A pre-authorised bond of $300 - $500 will be held on your credit card upon check in. This will be released to your credit card when the property has been inspected and approved after your vacate.
