This property is also located a short distance from the centre of town with the shopping centre providing you with all you need and more; shops, cafes, clubs and restaurants. The famous Sandstone Point Hotel is a short few minute's drive away or an easy twenty minute walk along the water front and across the bridge.
Aside from a fantastic location this property has been renovated throughout and offers guests a touch of luxury while still keeping that homely feel. This property has it all; unlimited NBN wifi internet, Netflix, air conditioning, pet friendly, games room with a pool table and built in bar as well as a one of a kind decked out caravan which will keep the teenagers happy all day.
The upstairs of the house features three beds, the main bathroom, open planning living, dining and kitchen that all open up to the veranda. The kitchen has all mod cons and plenty of kitchenware. In the living room there is air conditioning, a comfortable sofa, flat screen TV with Netflix and the dining room table seats eight. The main bedroom has a king size bed, bedroom two has a double single bunk combo and bedroom three has a set of single bunks. The main bathroom has a shower over the bath, double vanity and separate toilet.
Downstairs houses the trendy games room with a pool table, built in bar and wet sink area as well as a flat screen TV and huge sofa. This area is a great place to make some family memories. Off the games room there is also the second bathroom, laundry and fourth bedroom. The fourth bedroom is perfect for those whom don't or cant climb the stairs as it houses a queen size bed and air conditioning as well as access to the second bathroom.
Outside you will find the back yard is fully fenced with well-established topiaries/gardens to enjoy. The garden here is famous on Bribie Island as there are trees cut into shapes of elephants, trains etc. something the kids will love. There is off street parking for the boat and several vehicles with the double driveway. The yard has a huge outdoor entertaining area which is a great spot to bring everyone together and enjoy a BBQ. Off the outdoor area you will find the one of a kind caravan set up with the teenagers in mind.
Inside the caravan you will find two bedrooms both with double bedside made private with curtain dividers and a lounge room with a flat screen TV and PlayStation. This caravan is such a spunky spot not only will the teenagers love it you will too. There will be plenty of family memories made here as you will not find another home that offers a fantastic location, renovated house with all the extras as well as a games room and teenagers retreat in the caravan.

A Booking Fee of $10.00 and a cleaning fee of $105 - $135.00 applies.
Well behaved dog friendly. A $50 non-refundable pet fee applies. Dogs are allowed inside but not on the carpeted areas or on the furniture.
A pre-authorised bond of $500 will be held on your credit card upon check in. This will be released to your credit card when the property has been inspected and approved after your vacate.
