The back and front yards are fully fenced, perfect for the kids and dog to run around and play in. There is also a pontoon available for guest's use, whether you have a boat or kayak or just want to use it to fish from.
Upstairs are three spacious bedrooms with the master bedroom sleeping a queen size bed and the other two bedrooms sleeping double beds. Each bedroom looks out over the canal and has a private access to the balcony. The master bedroom also has a great sized ensuite and the main bathroom has a vanity, shower, bath and separate toilet. There is also an air mattress available for an additional two guests to make the allowed occupancy eight.
