This executive holiday home consists of five bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom is a private oasis situated in a separate area of the house and it includes a king size bed, flat screen TV, walk in robe and stunning ensuite with a spa bath. The other three bedrooms have queen size beds, flat screen TVs and built in robes. The fifth bedroom has been set up perfectly as a kid's retreat containing two single beds and two single trundles as well a flat screen TV, wet sink area and lots of games and toys to keep all ages entertained. The main bathroom has a shower, vanity, bath and separate toilet and powder area.
The centre of the house embraces the very large living and dining area. It is set up with a very big and comfortable reclining sofa and large flat screen TV. The dining table seats ten, however has extra seats if you require. Adjacent to this area you will find the lovely kitchen, bar and games room which are all overlooking the outdoor entertaining/living area, swimming pool and canal.
The private bar is set up perfectly to mix a few cocktails and enjoy the creative array of glasses provided. The bar flows on to the games area which has a pool table that can also be converted to a ping pong table and poker table. This area has a flat screen TV as well for the ultimate entertainment. In the kitchen you will find absolutely everything you will need to cook a family dinner or even host a dinner party. From a huge fridge freezer with cold water and ice, a very stylish stove top and oven, the coffee machine and array of platters and serving dishes, it is an entertainer's delight.
Lastly we cannot forget about the fabulous outdoors this property offers. There is a large covered area with two table and chairs settings so everyone can sit together, a top of the range BBQ and sparkling in ground pool, all of this overlooks the lovely canal, with your own private pontoon with electric winch to moor your boat or fish from, power and water provided.

A pre-authorised bond of $1000 will be held from your credit card upon check in. This will be released to your credit card when the property has been inspected and approved after you vacate.
