This lovely home is located right opposite the beautiful water front of Bribie Island or even better known as the Pumicestone Passage. You can walk to the local shopping centre, beach, boat ramp and bowls club. At the shopping centre you will find everything you need while on holiday so leave the car at the property and enjoy the wonders Bribie Island has to offer.
While enjoying the many pathed water front walking and bike tracks you might be able to spot the local dolphins putting on a show. You can also enjoy the multiple parks, picnic spots, exercise stations and native animal watching points all located a few steps from this ideal property.
As you enter the home you will be greeted with a spacious living room which is tastefully designed with high ceilings and a wall of glass sliders to take in the water views. This living room will be the main hub of the house with air conditioning, plenty of comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV, board games, books and even a piano. This living room flows directly out to the covered outdoor entertaining area and the fully fenced yard for your dog to run around and enjoy.
Moving through the home you will find the second living area which is open plan to the kitchen. This area too has a wall of glass sliders looking out to the water and opens out to the undercover entertaining area. This space is fitted with a huge dining room table, sofa and flat screen TV perfect for the family to come together for a meal. In the kitchen you can find plenty of kitchenware, a lovely breakfast bar with seating and modern appliances.
You will also find the main bathroom, laundry and bedrooms two and three on the ground level. Bedroom two has a queen size bed and bedroom three has two single beds. Both of these bedrooms have views over the swimming pool and private access to this outdoor area. The sparkling in ground swimming pool is the perfect place to cool off and relax or for the kids to play and enjoy. This area has its own outdoor seating area with plenty of chairs and a table.
The master bedroom or in my personal opinion "the parents retreat" is located on the top floor and opens out onto a large balcony with beautiful water views. There is an ensuite with his and her sinks and a shower over the bath. There are large comfortable chairs for reading and a TV and Dvd Player in this retreat.
If you were just thinking that this property has everything you were right because there is even more as the property has unlimited NBN internet and you can bring along your dog.There is plenty of parking in the drive way for cars and boats/trailers. A pre-authorised bond of $300 - $500 will be held on your credit card upon check in. This will be released to your credit card when the property has been inspected and approved after your vacate.
Linen Hire: $22.50 x King/Queen Set and $15 x Single Set. On request, beds can be made up prior to your arrival.
