Kabi Super Saver is a recently refurbished third floor walkup with a tandem garage. There is a lockup garage for 2 cars, a car and a boat/jetski or other toys.
It is a fully furnished self contained apartment with two bedrooms. It comfortably sleeps 4 and has room for a fold out if necessary. The kitchen has a 270 litre fridge, stove, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, cooking equipment, crockery and cutlery.
All linen is supplied and refreshed weekly. A starter pack of Tea, Coffee, milk etc is also supplied.
The bathroom has a shower over bath with a washing machine and dryer. There is one toilet.
The balcony overlooks the pool, Leach Park and a boat ramp with Pumicestone Passage, Bribie Island, the Pacific Ocean and Moreton Island beyond on the horizon. The shipping channel servicing Brisbane is just beyond Bribie Island and often has cruise ships, freighters and tankers under way.
The Coastal Pathway is directly accessible from the back gate and extends as far as Noosa to the north and Pelican Waters to the south. It is suitable for kids bikes, scooters and skates.
Two observation decks a a couple of rock walls are great for fishing for bream, flathead and whiting.
Woolworths, a bakery, newsagent, liquor store, chemist and Pizza are 200m west. Kmart, Coles and specialty shops are 300m to the north with Dominos, Zerraffas and Cold Rock in between.
Caloundra CBD, restaurants and boutiques are 500m east. You could easily leave the car in the garage and walk to everything.
The RSL, Caloundra Power Boat Club, Golden Beach Tavern and Kings Beach Surf Club all have regular courtesy buses that will collect and return you home safely.
Caloundra is an ideal base to see Australia Zoo, The Big Kart Track, Aussie World, the old rebranded Ettamogah Pub, Sealife Underwater world, Corbauld Park horse racing and the many galleries, wineries and eateries of the Hinterland.
