With less than a 5 minute walk to Castaways Beach, and a short 10 minute drive to Noosa, this luxurious modern style home is just a stone’s throw away from some of Australia’s most stunning coastlines. If it’s a coastal adventure you’re looking for, the amazing Hells Gates walking track is just a short drive away, if you’re after a relaxed escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, an idyllic morning strolling smart cafes, boutique shops and local art should do the trick. Take in the famous Eumundi Markets Wed & Sat, enjoy the relaxed lifestyle of the area or alternatively, simply relax on stunning Castaways white surf beach.

Sounds of birdlife and the lapping waves of the Pacific Ocean are really all that can be heard in this private living environment.

With four luxurious bedrooms and a master ensuite this home is perfect for a whole family holiday, or a romantic getaway with that special someone. The sparkling pool makes this home perfect for those poolside summer barbeques. The spacious kitchen makes cooking a relaxed experience, with easy access from the family area and generous room to move.

Description of Pacifica:

We can accommodate 10 guests - 8 adults maximum and 2 children, in 2 x queen beds, and 2 triple bunks dbl & sgl. The single bed on the top of the bunk beds is suitable only for kids under 40kg.

Main bedroom with ensuite. Family bathroom with separate toilet with handbasin.

The lounge & formal dining has 3.8 metres ceilings with French doors opening out to the private north facing garden and swimming pool.

There are 2 adult and 2 kids bikes with helmets so feel free to pedal along the extensive bike paths running from Sunshine Beach in the north to Peregian in the south.

Guest Access:

You will enjoy full access to the house and yard. The only exception being a storage room that will be locked during your stay.

Other things to note

Pacifica is a self-catering holiday home. We supply you with a few items for your arrival such as toilet paper, dishwashing tablets intended to last for the first day. You will then need to purchase whatever else you may need for the remainder of your stay.

Castaways Beach does not have any shops. It's a 7 minute drive to Peregian Beach where you'll find an IGA supermarket, Bottle Shops, restaurants, take-away shops, pub and more.

Noosa - a 10 minute drive north - has Coles, Woolworths, Aldi supermarkets.


We want your stay and the stay of other guests to be the best it can be. To ensure this happens please keep the following in mind while you are staying. Thank you.

The neighbourhood:

Castaways Beach is a quiet community and we expect guests to be respectful of that. No parties or functions are permitted at the house. If police are called due to excessive noise we reserve the right to terminate your stay on the spot without a refund.

Number of Guests:

The number of overnight occupants must not exceed the number agreed to at time of booking.


Pacifica is not available for weddings, parties, events of any kind, Schoolies and the like. We are in a residential area and the neighbours don't appreciate excessive noise. If police are called due to excessive noise we reserve the right to terminate your stay on the spot without a refund.

Car Parking:

You will have access to a remote double lock up garage.


Pets are permitted in the house, but please not on any furniture. Please pick up after your pet with bags provided in laundry and place in wheely bin.


Smoking is not permitted inside the house or anywhere on the property.


The premises must be kept clean at all times. A general clean will be done for you upon departure. You are responsible for cleaning all dishes, putting rubbish out in the wheely bins provided, cleaning the BBQ and ensuring the fridge and pantry are empty before you depart. Additional cleaning fees will be charged if any of these are not completed.

Maintenance issues:

Please call me directly for any maintenance issues that arise during your stay. I will arrange for a preferred provider to fix the matter for you as soon as possible.

Breakages or Damages:

As the tenant you are responsible for all damages, breakages and/or loss incurred during the term of your occupancy. Please kindly report any breakages or damages as soon as possible. All breakages and/or damages will be charged at full replacement cost.


Loss or damage to keys and remotes will incur an additional charge.

Personal Property:

No responsibility is taken by the owners for tenants personal property.

The security deposit is used to secure damages, breakages, dirty BBQ, any excessive cleaning charges above the normal level of cleaning. This includes but is not limited to excessive uncleanliness, moving or soiling furniture, excessive rubbish in the gardens and any other cost incurred resulting from your stay that may have been unforeseen including theft. Guests are expected to leave the property in the clean and tidy condition in which they found it. Please note that this is only a security measure and if in the unlikely event that you would be charged, you will be given notification prior to any charges made.
