Puppies, Pushies and Pancakes is an under house fully self-contained newly renovated 2 bedroom unit/apartment. It is ground level with private driveway and entry and has two large sets of bi-fold doors opening to a large fully fenced backyard. The backyard is for the sole use of this units guests and is not shared with the upstairs tenants.
This property does not cater for children under the age of 12. The unit is a great size for one or two couples that just want to relax in a quiet neighborhood. Or a single can enjoy all we have to offer.
FULL KITCHEN, microwave, oven, cooktop, blender, electric fry pan, BBQ quests are responsible for gas and doing the right thing if you use gas please replace for future guests. Rules for BBQ use are outlined in welcome book dishwasher with pots, pans, tea towels etc and a Caffitaly coffee pod machine system that makes great coffee. The kitchen also has a large breakfast bar for indoor dinning

Tea, Coffee and milk, or make toast, bread is in freezer and condiments in pantry. Basic Pantry items available please help yourself. If you use the last of something we find most guests replace foils wraps or zip locks to pay it forward to future guests.
THE PANTRY also has basic everyday items such as salt, pepper cooking oil and spray. If you are staying for a few days please check pantry and kitchen draws before you shop you are welcome to use what we provide and is there. We kindly ask guest to replace any of these sorts of items if they use the last of them. It's a courtesy to future guests.
YES FURRY family members are allowed inside the unit, please read house rules for full details. We like to keep the bog maximum at 2 dogs per booking if you have more than two fur family members then please mention this to us in your request to book and it will be taken into consideration.
BIKES AVAILABLE will be messaged to you when waiver is signed and messaged or given to Cindy in person.
OUTSIDE DINNING or lounge in the chairs while you watch your puppies play in the backyard. Or if traveling without your dog then enjoy the sound of the ocean and relax.
Very strict no smoking body Corp policy. No smoking permitted inside or outside as the smoke travels to the other unit upstairs.
The unit has two lounge areas and a STUDY NOOK.
The yard is here you will find our lemon tree for those fresh lemon and sugar pancakes. On arrival you will find waiting for you what you need to make them. The full time tenants upstairs are very courteous of our valued guests.
Ceiling fans aid the sea breeze in summer. As the breeze will flow through from the beach through the large bi fold doors. Fully insulated under house so the unit maintains a nice constant temperature all year round so cool in summer and warm in winter. Two entry doors opposite sides of the unit let the sea breeze flow through, coupled with lourvrs in the bedroom makes the temp very comfortable.
Coolum is a very dog friendly town almost all cafes welcome your fur family members.

Only 150m to the foreshore so you can hear the ocean from the backyard, with less than a 1km flat walk to beach access. There are two access points both about the same distance off David low way, we prefer the one at Stumers Creek entry at access 71 dog lead free as it is close to town after beach walk. You would turn right for that one, the other if you turn left is boardwalk and National park and lovely if you want a more secluded part of the beach. No dogs allowed if you head to beach access to the left of property
FOUR BICYCLES available and plenty of paths that lead you straight to the beach and around town. 1.5km to, Coolum Central offers amazing sunsets, boardwalks along the coast line, local shops, trendy cafes, restaurants and takeaways all within a short distance. Coolum Beach is located just 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes to Noosa.
Off street parking for two cars or a car and boat will also fit.
Bed Linen changes for those staying more than two weeks available, cleans and linen changes are available weekly for a small fee to be negotiated with Cindy our caretaker that lives locally and are happy to do this as they also do the exit cleans.
For the avid water skier like my husband OZ Ski Resort is a 7 min drive away for world class slalom/jump or trick ski coaching or there if you just want to learn to ski or wakeboard.
