Description

This home offers a resort style outdoor entertaining area with pool and large undercover private deck. 3 bedrooms with 2 luxurious bathrooms and a stylish living space that opens up via bi fold doors onto the spacious outdoor deck. Wifi, cable TV and music dock for guest use. There is a single lock up garage and a 2 car undercover car port.

Located in the heart of Coolum Beach within a 15 minute flat walk to the beach and village centre and 20 minute drive to Noosa or Maroochydore.

Prices includes cleaning fees and linen.

This home is my own and I am holiday letting it while I am overseas. I've priced it very low as its only available for a short period. I have 4 other properties that I holiday let on Home Away and I am offering my own home for

periods when I am on holiday myself Dates will be June to September 2018. I can offer a discount if you are interested in staying for whole periods. If you have any other dates please contact me as I am always open to other dates.
