The dairy perfectly joins modern renovation with the rural location. The large outside entertainment area provides the ideal setting to take in all the natural surrounds and landscaped gardens. Each room has its own ensuite and gives the guests enough privacy whilst the immaculately furnished common areas can be used for incredibly relaxing social occasions. This house is the perfect place to come and holiday in privacy but still be within a short drive to all the activities Eumundi and Noosa have to offer.
The garden areas around the dairy offer plentiful quiet spots to sit and relax whilst being surrounded by the superb rural setting. The garden paths wind their way through the landscaped gardens and make for an ideal way to try and spot some of the local wildlife that inhabit the area. Some bird species you may encounter include the glossy black cockatoos, kookaburras, rainbow lorikeets, various geese and ducks that love to frolic in the numerous ponds found at the property. Other animals that might drop by include the eastern grey kangaroo, sugar gliders, flying foxes and if you’re lucky the adorable Australian icon the koala.
The beauty of the sunshine coast area is that you are able to do as much or as little as you like. All the activities the Eumundi area has to offer are within a short drive from your accommodation.

Eumundi Township is roughly a 5 minute drive from the property and is home to the infamous Eumundi markets held every Wednesday and Saturday and also the more permanent Eumundi Square Markets which are also open on Sundays. This quaint, rustic Township has numerous cafes, restaurants, pubs and shops for you to explore at your own leisure.
The extremely idyllic Noosa coast is only a 20 minute drive from Eumundi. There you will find Hastings Street, Gympie Terrace, Noosaville and Sunshine Beach all offering Restaurants, Cafes, Designer shops, Beaches and riverside esplanades to enjoy. There are also numerous tours and activities such as eco boat cruises, guided winery tours, fishing charters, surfing lessons, boat hire just to name a few. The Noosa Northshore is only a short car ferry ride from Tewantin and for the avid off road drivers you will be hard pressed to find anywhere else that offers beach driving like this area. Another must do activity is a walk through the Noosa National Park. You will find the entrance to the National Park at the end of Hastings Street. There are numerous trails so whatever your fitness level a walk along the paths that wind their way around the Noosa headland will delight and impress keep an eye out for the notoriously lazy Koala and the well camouflaged echidna.
Other towns in the area with plenty on offer include Cooroy, Kenilworth and just up the Blackall Ranges you will find Maleny, Montville and Mapleton which house local markets as well.
