Welcome to Akala Views where we offer you a beautiful home situated on over 2 acres, this large tri level brick home was built in 1981 with views to Montville and Kondallila. Surrounded with contemporary quality furnishings for your comfort and relaxation, you can be assured of a private retreat to unwind and chill out.

The kitchen was recently renovated, the lounge dining and Kitchen look out to the views and is fully equipped with Food Mixer, Coffee machine, and fridge/freezer with ice maker and cold water.

The main lounge has a large LCD screen, with DVD player, and you step out on to the verandah overlooking the 9x5 metre pool. There is a large split system airconditioner in the lounge dining area which services the lounge/dining and kitchen.

The master bedroom has a Queen bed ensemble and a cot., overhead fan with sliding door to the verandah with views. There are ample built in wardrobes adjoining the room and ensuite.

There are two bedrooms on the ground floor each has a Queen ensemble and built in wardrobes and fans ,adjoining these is the main bathroom, with shower, bath and two hand basins inserted in gorgeous granite.

Two bedrooms are below, one being a Queen room with ensemble and built in wardrobes, and the other room has 4 single ensembles .

On this level is another lounge area with large LCD screen and DVD player . There is a osecond large reverse split system here which services both lounge and adjoining bedroom.

There is an additional third bathroom on this level, along with a huge laundry with washing machine clothes dryer and steam iron.

Gas BBQ provided.

Linen supplied, sheets, towels and teatowels.

Long weekends a minimum of 3 nights only, Xmas and New year minimum of 5 nights

Flaxton is close to Montville Village which sits atop the Blackall Range some 400 metres above sea level with panoramic views overlooking the Sunshine Coast.

First settled in 1887 and formerly know for its timber getters, citrus growers and dairy farmers ,Montville today is a diverse village offering a blend of historic site,,chic cafes, specialist shops and a array of fine art galleries.

Montville has a blend of different architecture including Swiss, Irish English and of course traditional Queensland.

The surrounding district which takes in the communities of Maleny and Mapleton is blessed with some of natures finest scenery. The National Parks of Kondalilla and Mapleton Falls, along with Mary Cairncross Scenic Reserve, Baroon Pocket Dam, Glasshouse Mountains and Gardener Falls make the area a perfect getaway for bush walks, picnics and relaxing at times of special occasions.

Kondalilla is an aboriginal word meaning "rushing waters". In this cool haven set deep in the National Park, Skene Creek plummets 90 metres over the falls to a rock pool below.

Birdwatchers and nature photographers love this park with its views, wild life and natural rainforest.
