This three bedroom family home is situated 100 metres from safe, still water swimming and a fishing beach. Bedrooms 3 have ceiling fans and comprise of 2 Queen and 1 double bed and a king single bed in a sleep out area. Built in wardrobes in Queen bedrooms and separate TV in main Queen bedroom. Blankets and pillows provided. Amenities include modern bath, shower, and toilet facilities with automatic washing machine and clothes dryer and second large fridge. Fully equipped kitchen, separate dining room and lounge including TV and DVD player,covered front deck with fully fenced back yard and covered BBQ area with space for a boat in either the front or back yards. The property is fully screened and pet friendly for a small single dog maximum 20 Kg. Whilst all blankets and pillows have been provided, you are required to supply your own linen. If you would like to arrange the hiring of linen, please advise our consultants during the booking process. If you are looking for a holiday at the beach where you can bring the boat, the dog and the family, this cottage is for you.
