Description

This unit is located in the famous Kings Beach precinct where great water features and activities are on offer only a short walk away. The unit has recently been upgraded, including a fresh new kitchen and bathroom. The bedding configuration now includes a Queen bed in the main bedroom, and a double bed and a single bed in the second bedroom. All pillows and blankets are provided but you are required to supply your own linen. The bathroom still houses the laundry applicances washing machine and dryer but you have plenty of room to move. This unit is located on the second floor of this complex, and you have a single lock up garage to accommodate your motor vehicle.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Pleasant Very Pleasant environment close to beach, shops, parks and a short walk to Caloundra's main street. Our booking was simple to arrange thanks to the pleasant, helpful and efficient staff at Local Agent. Considering the cost, Great value overall. 5 star!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great spot for a family holiday! Bright and breezy ....plenty of light and ventilation. Great location and great view ....only metres from the beach. Close to cafes and restaurants and only a 10 minute walk into Bundock St for shopping and the Sunday Markets.
