This stunning and private 5-bedroom beach house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac just at the edge of The Dune reserve and has park access to the beach. There are no roads to cross to the beach and the house has a great outlook to the bushland making it a sanctuary for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the coastal lifestyle.
The two-level home has two master bedrooms, open-plan living areas, modern kitchen, a media room, indoor and outdoor dining, a swimming pool, double garage and also a cubby house. On the ground level are the living spaces, which include a gourmet kitchen with breakfast-bar. This opens onto a casual dining room with bi-folding shutters that can be opened or left closed. The large living room and dining room are furnished in a classic, neutral Hampton style, with beautiful warm timber floors. This level also features the media area with a small bunk room which is sure to be a hit with the kids. One of the master bedrooms, with its own bathroom, is also on this level along with the laundry and garage. On the second level are three additional bedrooms including the second master bedroom with its own bathroom and private-deck overlooking bushland and the pool.

-Master bedroom upstairs has a king bed with large ensuite double shower and separate toilet. Opens up onto a private deck overlooking the fauna reserve. Lull yourself to sleep with the sound of the surf.

This is the default bedding configuration and if you require the singles to be made into a king then we need that confirmed in writing at the time of booking.
A stunning galley-style kitchen with a white marble breakfast bar, that overlooks the indoor/outdoor living areas and pool. It has quality European appliances; a 6-burner gas stove top, double oven, dishwasher and two-door fridge/freezer.
ENTERTAINMENT AND LIVING AREAS
All the living spaces are situated on the ground floor, making this the ideal family-friendly holiday home. Featuring big glass & shuttered doors that open onto the back patio and pool. The dining area which is by the kitchen, can be closed or opened up to the outside making this a lovely alfresco experience.
The dining room - with its stunning round oak table adjoins the spacious living area with two big couches and the glass doors create a warm light filled room. The timber floors provide a cosy vibe to the living areas and make it is a great space to hang or chill out with the family.
The media room on the ground floor is next to the dining area - it features a 55" Smart TV and a bright modular lounge to relax in.
By the pool is also a casual lounge setting and timber bench seat. The pool is fully fenced and backs conveniently onto the dunes reserve, which provides a leafy backdrop.

The house is located in a nice quiet residential cul-de-sac which backs onto The Dune reserve. It is close to a park with council access to the beach, which is minutes from the side gate.
Marcoola Beach is becoming one of the Sunshine Coast most popular holiday destinations, with its close proximity to Coolum Beach and Noosa Heads, it is also only 10 mins from the Maroochydore airport.
The nearby surf beaches are uncrowded and offer great surf for board riders of all levels, it is popular for fishing and the beach is pet-friendly.
For the golf-enthusiastic the popular Twin Waters and Mt Coolum Golf clubs are only a short drive away from the house - so pack the clubs.
There are several local cafes within close walking distance from the house. The local shopping-centre at Mt Coolum or Coolum Beach is also only 10 mins away by car.
