Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with a fully fenced yard, sparkling inground pool, outdoor patios both front and rear and just a short stroll away from the beach, this home is a true family holiday home.
Guests can enjoy the cool surroundings in the fully tiled and air conditioned open plan living area featuring painted timber cathedral ceilings; clean, white dcor; painted timber panelling and timber blinds. Relax in front of the Smart TV, browse through pay TV channels, watch a DVD or make use of the complimentary WIFI during your stay. The large, modern kitchen is complete with pendant lights, stainless steel appliances, five burner gas hob, extra wide oven, DeLonghi Nespresso machine and double door fridge/freezer with water dispenser.
The bedding configuration is two queen bedrooms and a third bedroom with two single beds. The master bedroom has air conditioning, wardrobe and a TV as well as an adjoining bathroom. The other two bedrooms both have ceiling fans and wardrobes and share a family bathroom that has a shower over the bath, toilet and vanity.
Outside there is a fabulous fully fenced garden perfect for kids or pets. Swim in the pool, swing on the hammock or enjoy alfresco dining with friends and family on the generous covered patio complete with an outdoor TV and BBQ. Off street parking under a carport, an outdoor shower and a full laundry with washing machine, dryer and outside washing line complete the package.
Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Guests are asked to smoke outdoors only at all times.
By prior arrangement, well behaved and trained pets are welcome as guests at this property. We respectfully remind pet owners that this house is also a holiday venue for non-pet owners, so your care and attention is much appreciated.
Please supply pets own bedding either outside or on tiled flooring inside.
For obvious health reasons we cannot allow pets in bedrooms or on the beds or furniture.
Any evidence of dog hair or dog bones will incur an automatic non-negotiable penalty of $100 which will be deducted from your bond. We seek your cooperation and respect.

A short drive or bike ride away you will find Point Perry and Point Arkwright perfect for watching the whales, dolphins and turtles swim by. To the north you will find Noosa beach, Hastings Street and the surrounding Noosa National Park where you can take a nature walk and may be lucky enough to spot koalas and other Australian wildlife in their natural habitat.

Coolum Holidays participate in the Bad Books Register. By accepting this booking you hereby agree that if you or any occupant covered by this booking, breaches our terms and conditions, your name, phone number and email address and details of the breach/s may be registered with this organisation. Coolum Holidays reserve the right to cancel a booking where a guest is registered on bad books.
Bond money will be held in our Trust Account until your departure.
