The second lounge room converts to a third bedroom with the fold-out sofa. It's superbly appointed and stylishly furnished with a contemporary, coastal feel. The ensuite has beautiful twin cone vessels, spa bath and separate shower. The fully equipped kitchen has all the latest European appliances - large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven and cooktop. It contains all everyday items including wine glasses, champagne flutes and a coffee machine for coffee lovers. The furnished balcony showcases a stunning ocean view of Maroochydore Beach and Old Woman Island with views of Mt Coolum to the North and Hinterlands to the West. There's also a handy lockable courtyard at the entrance of the apartment for your sandy gear and surfboards etc.
Other creature comforts include: ducted air conditioning, 3 televisions - located in the lounge room, media room and the master bedroom, DVD player, laundry with washer and dryer, iron & ironing board, full sized hair dryer and digital safe. Sleeping Configuration: The apartment sleeps 6 with the bedding configuration being 1 queen in the main bedroom, 2 singles in the second bedroom and a fold-out sofa lounge in the media room. A portacot is also available at no extra charge. Bedding and linen will be provided for 4 people and up to 6 people upon request.

All bookings are to made in 7 night blocks from Saturday to Saturday. This way we don't need to fill any small gaps and we can continue to offer highly discounted rates to our guests.

If you're after a day of fun and adventure, there are many attractions that will keep you and the kids enthralled. For something a little different take a leisurely drive into the Blackall Range and visit the quaint village of Montville, Flaxton and Mapleton. Here you'll enjoy strolling through the art and craft filled streets and enjoy true hinterland hospitality. On Saturday morning drive up to Eumundi and potter around the fresh fruit and vegetable and wonderful craft stalls of this famous market. Hand feed the deer at Forest Glen Sanctuary, taste Australia's largest range of honey at the Super Bee, visit Australia Zoo, Underwater World or spend a day at Aussie World and the famous Etamogah Pub. If it's nature you're more interested in, there are plenty of bushwalks in the Blackall Ranges or visit Fairhill Native Plants and Botanical Gardens.
