The townhouse has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
We can sleep up to 6 guests and the rate is the same for 2 people or 6 , we don't charge extra.
Standard rate is $140 a night which is only just over $23 per person
2 Queen size beds and two single beds. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for a self-catering holiday. Electric oven and cook top and a dishwasher ready to take care of the cleaning.
Flat screen TV in lounge and also in the main bedroom.
Air conditioned lounge and ceiling fans in all bedrooms.
Outside there is a small garden with gated entry , room enough to store a tinny or canoes
The single garage houses a washing machine and dryer.
Extra parking is available at the side of the house.
Although we charge a $120 cleaning fee this is exactly what the cleaners charge us we DO NOT charge any extra for pets, linen, towels , portacot, high chair or wifi.
We also supply a starter pack of coffee, sugar, tea etc and Coles have an online shopping service which can deliver to your door for a small fee.
Coles log in details will be sent in your arrival email should you wish to pre-order.

ALTHOUGH WE LOVE PETS OF ALL SHAPES AND SIZES , THE UNIT IS IN A BODY CORPORATE AND WE ARE ONLY ALLOWED TO HAVE SMALL/MEDIUM DOGS AT THE PROPERTY.
YOUR PET IS ALLOWED INSIDE THE UNIT BUT PLEASE KEEP ANIMALS OFF THE FURNITURE AS A COURTESY TO THE NEXT GUESTS....WE DO PROVIDE A DOG BED FOR YOUR PET TO USE.
We do have other properties that are suitable for larger pets if you would like to view these on the site.

Maroochydore is at the heart of the Sunshine Coast. It is known for its beautiful beaches, river precinct, shopping, entertainment and recreational facilities. A long walking track runs from Sunshine Plaza to Cotton Tree and through Alexandra Headland, up to Mooloolaba, and is always busy with people enjoying a stroll, jog or cycle .
Sunshine Plaza is the Sunshine Coast's largest shopping mall and has a large cinema complex, fashion boutiques, department stores and food courts. Maroochydore also offers nightlife with trendy bars and the various Surf Lifesaving Clubs always full of life. When you want to wind down, float on the gentle Maroochy river. The river mouth also offers great kite surfing.
Maroochydore is about 100 kilometres north of Brisbane .
