This ones perfect for your stay being only ONE street from the Internationally renown MOOLOOLABA BEACH and stunning Esplanade. If your flying in, make sure you book a direct flight to the Sunshine Coast Airport in Maroochydore as it's only a 15 Min trip

Everything you need is provided including supplies for a welcoming cuppa to start off your stay. Pack light as you'll only need the bare essentials like bathers, sunscreen and a pool towel. :

Parents with little peoples, we can provide you with a Port-a-Cot and a Highchair, along with books and games for the slightly older little peoples :

Business travellers, you have access to unlimited Wifi and a Printer How easy does that make it for you :

You will enjoy access to all that Mooloolaba has to offer including its beaches, fine dining and of course boutique shopping and the best Coffee in Queensland all within a very short walking distance. Take a morning or afternoon stroll along the beach to the Mooloolaba Spit for some postcard style sunrise and sunset shots.

This luxury Apartment block has on-site, secure parking. a beautiful outdoor heated pool, a hot tub and a sheltered BBQ/picnic area with outdoor seating.

The modern apartment is air conditioned with a fully equipped kitchen, a private balcony where you can indulge in nibbles and drinks or make use of the flat-screen TV. Sit back and relax while watching your favorite DVD. Beautifully furnished and consists of one generous bedroom with adequate cupboard storage, and a large Sofa Bed in the lounge area, an open plan tiled living/dining/kitchen, a modern bathroom with a large shower and a generous balcony for those early morning breakfasts or late night dinners.

If your a Master Chef then you'll be right at home here as the Kitchen itself features only the best European appliances that makes cooking a delight in this sophisticated, yet stylish space. The Unit is tiled throughout Living and Dining rooms making it fresh and cool, there will be plenty of time in your day to lay in air conditioned comfort, or to simply slide open the glass doors and capture that coastal breeze that will leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed. There's plenty of space for your friends or family.

Coco 301 is within walking distance of many well known attractions like SEA LIFE Sunshine Coast and Underwater World Sea Life. If you have transport then you can pop out to Aussie World, Noosa or for more stunning beaches just up the road to Alexandra Headlands and Maroochydore.

Take advantage of the peaceful unit positioned nicely on the third floor. No stairs to climb here, as you will be using one of 2 lifts to quickly pop up to your Apartment.

Our stay was short to attend a function, I would highly recommend this apartment. Next time we would love to stay for longer. Thank you Mim, you are a great host.
