Ideally located a few minutes walk from nearby cafés, eateries and shops and a little over 2km from Mooloolaba’s main beaches, restaurants, cafés, Surf Club, shops and much much more a 20-25 min walk or 8 min down the dedicated cycle tracks. What better excuse is there to leave your car at home
Or, if you prefer to put your feet up and relax this house is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the subtropical Queensland climate with its true indoor/outdoor living appeal. There are multiple alfresco casual seating and dining areas to unwind in, nestled around the lagoon style pool with a 'beach' entry perfect for budding little swimmers, all exclusively for your use.
If you have a family in tow, there are lots of local attractions to keep you busy including Sea Life, Australia Zoo, great outdoor parks, beach walks, scooter/bike tracks, a new skateboard park and the recently redeveloped marina that boasts family friendly dining options in addition to the traditional 'Mooloolaba Strip'.

This home can sleep up to 8 people, with all rooms being generous in size. The en-suite Master has a king bed, Bedroom 2 has a super king and Bedrooms 3 and 4 both have queens. A convenient bathroom with a bath and shower and a separate toilet are adjacent. Separate laundry with iron.
?There is a brand new kitchen with a SMEG range oven. The house has ceiling fans in both lounges and all bedrooms and also 4 reverse cycle air conditioning units. The pool enjoys sun all day and hot water showers The front garden is fully fenced.
Guests will have exclusive access to our unlimited free WiFi, Foxtel TV with Entertainment, Combo Sports and Documentary Packages in the lounge and master bed, fully equipped kitchen with herbs and essentials provided. There are a number of toys for the kids to the beach beside the daybed.
Bikes are available for hire from a business just around the corner on Brisbane Road. There is also a number of baby hire options nearby we can assist with.
Please park on the driveway or in the cul-de-sac free as the garage is not normally available.
Our place is managed by Leading Realty Sunshine Coast. They are nearby and available 7 days a week.
