It is in a block of 5 units on the ground floor with an outdoor garden/patio/outdoor dining/outdoor lounge and a BBQ area, The dining, lounge, kitchen and main bedroom are overlooking the water.
The guests will have exclusive use of the unit with parking in front of the garage. The garden and large patio facing the canal is exclusively for the guests.
We welcome and offer our home to family, friends and guests from STAYZ with a positive profile and/or reviews. We have just installed ceiling fans in all the bedrooms. With the large open doors opening to the canal there is always a cool breeze over the water in summer. WIFI is available.
The apartment is in a very quiet residential area with shops and cafés at the end of the street. It is a walk to the main beach in Mooloolaba where you will find restaurants, cafés and shops stretching along the beach with glorious views of the ocean. The walks along the boardwalk and beach front are varied and all impressive. The main beach is patrolled by the Surf Club and it is an ideal beach for children with plenty of shade, BBQs and eating spaces.
