The 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit has a Queen and 2 single beds with full linen and towels supplied, including 4adult beach towels, a fully equipped kitchen, shower/ toilet , downstairs laundry with front loader and dryer, lock up single garage and storage.
The living/ dining area has a wall plasma TV, CD(Blue Tooth) and video players( both Blu Ray and normal DVD) and seating at the dining table for 4.
Free WiFi is available on all rooms ( up to 8Gb per stay).
Balcony dining and 6 chairs gives views to Noosa River, distant hills and hinterland.
Nice candles and tablecloth provided for the intimate setting on the balcony.
The unit is on the first level, and a door-knob key safe is provided to allow 24 hr access. (Access codes supplied on booking)
The unit is in a small block of 4 units on Noosa Hill.
The entire Unit block is Non-smoking and your little pets need to be left at home
The balcony overlooks the Hills and river of Noosa during the day. faces west so you get the evening sunset. Cedar blinds and fans are provided for Sun protection and cooling in the afternoon .
To help visiting guests to the area, who may not know the local shops and want a wine with their meals, there is a good supply of red, white and sparkling wines to select , and purchase on a 'honesty safe' basis ( at $A 20/bottle). Aust Beer and Cider is also stocked.
Adult size beach towels are provided for 4 guests ( so there is no need to pack those wet beach towels after your last dip ).
The walk to the local shops (Noosa Junction) for food or beverages takes 10-15 minutes.
Good ground coffee ( from Noosa's Sunrise Beach area) is provided for plunger or drip steamer, as well as a good selection of teas, and sugar and milk.
The hospitality pack has local maps and some tourist information as well as a 'mud map' to show you the easy way to walk or cycle to the Beach and Hastings St and onwards to the National Park, which takes about 7 minutes by the steps, or 10 minutes along the boardwalk if taking a bike.
Car washing and surf equipment rinsing can be done at the unit as well as storage in the garage for long boards or bikes .
The main attraction is the proximity to everything without the need to use a car- you can walk to the Beach, and National Park by several routes- down the steps along the next street ( map provided) which takes about 7-10 minutes, or if you have a bike or pushing a pram, you can walk or ride down the boardwalk.
Local shopping for groceries or local shops that supply free Wi-Fi is also accessible at Noosa Junction.
