Little Cove Beach is almost like your own private beach. Relax on the sand, watch the surfers or join them, explore the rock pools at low tide, or throw in a fishing line off the beach. The walking tracks through the Noosa National Park are highly recommended. The views are stunningly beautiful. There are cliff top tracks and walks down to little hidden beaches including ?Tea Trees? Beach. Hastings Street caters for everyone with numerous fine and casual dining options, not to mention outstanding ice-cream offerings. Interesting boutiques, bookshops and galleries are available to browsers and serious shoppers. At Main Beach you can ?swim between the flags? or visit the Noosa Surf Club for a drink or casual dining.
A glass-fenced swimming pool in the garden is a tempting diversion for a refreshing dip after a visit to Little Cove Beach. The garden around the pool is dotted with Pandanus trees and Golden Cane palms. It is also home to native birds and the occasional cuddly koala.
Tea Trees has a total of nine apartments and Apartment 7 is one of only two three-bedroom apartments available for rent. The apartment is on the top floor level two and features high ceilings throughout. All rooms in the apartment are on the same level see floor plan on the website. The interior dcor is structured around western red cedar that has been changed to a driftwood grey finish in the bedrooms. Inside the entry door is a floor-to-ceiling glass mirror wall that provides a wonderful sense of space and light as you enter the apartment. Spacious and private under-cover parking is located on ground level and it is an easy walk up two short flights of stairs to access the apartment.
Furnishings have been selected for the sub-tropics and there are extra reading lights in the sitting room with ample replacements bulbs if needed. Whisper quiet ceiling fans are fitted throughout the apartment so that cooling air movement can be initiated at the twist of a control knob.
For communications, the apartment has a Telstra Internet connection with Wi-Fi at no extra charge, password provided on your arrival and a home telephone with free local calls. Other items provided include a large format television set, DVD player and a CD/stereo radio that will also play music from your IPod.
Miele appliances cooktop, oven and dishwasher feature in the kitchen, which is fully equipped with plenty of china, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans, a full range of kitchen utensils, serving trays, cutting boards and many other items.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed with an ensuite shower & toilet and a large built-in wardrobe with coat hangers sometimes missing in other apartments. The second and third bedrooms have two single beds in each room with reading lights, clock radios and build-in wardrobes. All bedrooms have cedar venetian blinds to reduce light levels if required. Privacy is not an issue as the apartment is on the second level with virtually no opportunity for anyone outside to look in.
The third bedroom, a bathroom and a separate toilet are tucked away from the main part of the apartment and form a very private area that is perfect for guests or children who want a bit of privacy see floor plan for details. The bathroom has a shower, vanity basin and a spa bath.
For your convenience, the apartment has a fully equipped laundry with a front-loading washing machine, dryer and laundry tub. A broom closet contains brooms, a sponge mop, an iron and ironing board for the use of guests.
