Description

Located directly on the Noosa beachfront, these apartments enjoy an uninterrupted view of Laguna Bay from Little Cove, across the North Shore to Double Island Point. They are truly Magnificent

The complex received a multi million dollar renovation in 2010 and now offers a stunning outdoor swimming pool with cold spa, two undercover BBQ areas with comfortable seating, communal showers/toliets, a waiting lounge, communal gym and a brilliant lawn area facing the beach - perfect.

Situated in a very sought after location, you will enjoy the relaxed holiday feel of a beachside holiday apartment. Sun-drenched in winter with morning sun in summer, this location is absolutely glorious.

Apartment 15 is located on the ground level and welcomes stunning views of Noosa Beach and Laguna Bay. This apartment is one of the very few in the building that has the advantage of two en-suite bathrooms which were completed as part of the 2010 renovations. The apartment itself has been tastefully decorarted and offers guests a very typical welcoming beachside apartment.

Hastings Street runs parallel to Main Beach at Noosa and is charming tree lined promenade of accommodation, boutiques, fine dining, shops and other services. Like any world class destination, Hastings Street has been developed with environmental considerations in mind - the height limit is just 3 storeys and the street integrates seemlessly into the natural beauty surrounding it.

Shopping on Hastings Street is second to none and not many visitors can resist taking a peek into the many designer boutiques, jewellery shops, kids clothing shops, book shops and myriad of other choices for that perfect gift or well deserved self indulgence. Of course the necessities in life are also present on Hastings Street including ATMS, a bank, chemist, general store and of course ice cream and gelati

After a day at the beach, on the Noosa River or just soaking up the atmosphere of Hastings Street, visitors are almost spoilt for choice when it comes around to the evening meal. Over 15 restaurants are present along the street and beachfront - all with long standing reputations for outstanding service and the best cuisine from near and far. Beachfront restaurants prove very popular throughout the day due to the unparalleled views across Laguna Bay. And as you would expect from a seaside resort, the freshest seafood is the speciality on many menus.

Please note: Elevator only goes from Hastings Street level carpark level to the ground floor. All apartments still do have some stair access from either the elevator level or down to the beachfront. The elevator does not go up to all levels. Note garage door clearance 1.85m

Rated 4 out of 5 by from unbeatable position We had an amazing time staying at the Fairshore. We have stayed here several times before but highly rate the ground floor position. We felt that the furnishings in the main living area could do with an upgrade, the old black leather sofa and dining chairs don't match the quality of the property. I would also like to see 2 towels offered per person and a few more plates. These are small issues and overall we were delighted. Richardson and Wrench were also great and very helpful. They provided whatever we asked for. We will be back I am sure.
