The unit's private patio faces north and is drenched in sun in the winter, and is protected from the hot afternoon sun in summer. The lock up carpark is located on a level under the unit and can be accessed by stairs or elevator. One car space is provided, at no extra cost.
The unit has one bedroom with a queen bed and also a single bed. An extra person has the use of a child's fold away bed, port a cot, or the leather sofa bed. The bathroom has a walk in shower. Laundry facilities are provided... washing machine and drier.
