TRANQUIL TROPICAL HIDEAWAY
You'll feel a million miles away from the hustle and bustle in this modern, light and airy home away from home. Yet you're only a short drive away from all the attractions that Noosa has to offer. Eumundi, Tewantin golf course and Marina, Noosa River, surfing beaches, shops, restaurants, boat ramps, national parks, cycling areas, playgrounds and Cooroy village are only minutes away.
Relaxed living is the go - from the open plan kitchen/dining/living area with high ceilings and balcony, to the screened living/dining area, to the covered outdoor living/dining area with BBQ, to the solar heated fresh water pool with spa jets. Or wander the meandering paths throughout the 4 acres and watch for the many birds and wildlife.
The home is on one level, with internal access through the double remote controlled garage. Access for wheelchairs is also good.
The generous main bedroom with king bed, TV and ensuite opens through stacking doors to the garden and beyond. The other bedrooms are set up with queen beds and are serviced with the main bathroom and separate powder room.
An indoor/outdoor fireplace separates the main living area and the screened room, and firewood is provided. Air-conditioning in main bedroom and living area, and fans to all rooms, even the screened room and covered outdoor area.
Self cater to your hearts content in the well equipped kitchen, with 900ml gas cooktop and electric oven, plus microwave, dishwasher, 900 stainless fridge and island bench. Help yourself to fresh herbs and salad leaves in the garden. At Noosa we're surrounded by wonderful fresh produce. Yandina markets on Saturday morning is excellent… but you won't want to miss Noosa Farmers market held every Sunday. Fruit and veg, meats and seafood, fresh pasta, bakery, patisserie, condiments, will all be vying for your attention. Have breakfast there, then stock up on your week's gourmet supplies. Maleny and Kennelworth have great local cheeses and dairy products.
If you want to venture out to eat, Noosa has so many options. Everything from the world renowned 'Spirit House' at Yandina and 'Wsabi' on the river, to our local 'Orange on Sunrise' pizza place.
Into cycling? Bring your bikes or hire them. Great cycling areas surround us, and the property has excellent riding/walking tracks for children. Also a large trampoline with safety pads and screen.
Bring your boat. There's so much room on the property to park boats/vans/or other toys, and plenty of good bore water available to wash your boat down when you get home. The river ramps are 7 minutes drive away. Or hire boats, bbq boats, paddle boards or kayaks.
The managers live on site in a totally separate cottage and can provide (by arrangement) baby sitting services, catering, cappuccinos, lifts to restaurants and lots of local advice - or leave you to your privacy.
Pets are allowed inside, in any of the tiled areas. Outside we request that you keep them in the fenced area, or have them on a lead or under your control. The wildlife is plentiful and varied and we want to keep it that way. This area is also inhabited by koalas.
Tree Fern Valley is serviced with a 'bio' waste system, and has plentiful fresh tank water for inside use, and excellent bore water for outside use.
STRICTLY NO PARTIES OR LARGE FUNCTIONS
