Is this Noosa's best family holiday house?

You are either in Noosa, or you aren't. We are right in the heart of it.

Beware other search results on Stayz claiming to be "in Noosa"! You can be 25kms from Noosa and still be ranked in the search for Noosa properties on Stayz. Many claim to be in Noosa, but only a few actually are - check the map view when booking.

Our house is located in exclusive Little Cove, only 1 minute walk to the National Park, 4 minutes up Mitti Street and down Little Cove steps to Little Cove Beach and 8 minutes walk to Hastings Street... but a million miles away from the bustle.

There are few houses of this quality, size an location available for holiday rental in the Noosa Area. What sets our house apart is the abundance of open planned space and separate living areas. Other houses may be able to sleep more, but only have one living room so you only get a break while asleep.

As the photos will show, we have:

- 5 Bedrooms including a full floor loft with own bathroom and a full nursery with Boori Cot and Change Table (dark and quiet room for a little one to sleep)

Kids sleep downstairs in their own rooms with their own entertainment area, while the parents relax on Level 2 and sleep in the Level 3 loft.

-Cot, port-a-cot;

-Small table and chairs for toddlers.

It's the little things that make the difference

We provide all internal linen (bedding and bath towels, excluding beach towels), soap, shampoo & conditioner, dishwashing and washing powder.

We have made this house as inviting for guests as it is when we use it. We have certain locked cupboards in the house but everything else is there for you to use with respect.

Accordingly, this is a premium rental and we do insist upon additional conditions and adequate bonds to cover a house of this size.

We prefer families as it is a great place to make memories. We encourage lunch and dinner gatherings between family and friends to celebrate being on holidays.

But if you are looking to party and not relax, do everyone a favour and get a place on Noosa Hill.

Our neighbours are permanent residents and very conservative - we will know before you do if you are having wild parties and disrespect our house.

You will be liable for all damage caused and terminated immediately if you breach the terms of our rental.

Guest Access - UPDATED

Our house has a keyless entry via the internal entrance from the Garage. No keys are supplied to guests, individual codes are set for the duration of your stay to allow ease of access for you and your family. We can also open or lock the doors remotely if you have an issue.

We have 24 hour video security at all times and an alarm with internal motion sensors this will be remotely deactivated prior to your arrival and reset when you have enjoyed your stay - we have had some panics in the past when alarms have gone off accidentally!

Our house shares access with the development next door and the block at the rear. We have two garage spaces but no additional space for cars and at times there may be vehicles parked in the driveway and outside the garage.

There is construction planned on the block at the rear in 2017 and our rates have been discounted 25% to reflect this.

Please do not access it and understand that the vehicle access is shared in our little enclave.

There is always construction going on in Noosa, including potentially at neighbouring properties. If the Owner is made aware of a building schedule that may impact the Client’s stay, the Owner will communicate what the Owner has been made aware of to the Client up to 7 days prior to the Client’s stay. The Client acknowledges that the Owner cannot guarantee that there will not be some building going on within the vicinity of the Property, including the vacant block between the Property and the National Park.

This is a home, not a house. This is not a sales pitch, it is important for you to understand.

It was once our home and is appointed accordingly. For example, we have kept the furnishings as they were and not put lower quality finishes in to encourage misuse. Our house includes for your use:

- Our baby's cot with mattress and changetable

- Free unlimited WiFi

- Airplay Stereo System

- Unlimited NetFlix

- An Xbox on separate TV for kids

- Access to our bookshelf and DVD Collection (your taste may differ)

- Outdoor Shower

The house is open plan over three levels and it is not possible to fully air condition such a large space. It is architecturally designed for natural air flow with all areas, including each bedroom on Level 1 and the Level 3 loft, having their own ceiling fan. We have reverse cycling air conditioning units in two of the main living areas (one of which can be closed off). The Lounge Room has an open fireplace and the Living Room has a Gas Heater that heats the entire space. Each bedroom on Level 1 has an electric oil heater.

Our house is fully screened with security screens on the lower level. There are some windows that have been marked as 'not to be opened' for safety as they are very high off the ground.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful relaxing holiday! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The location is just perfect, hidden amongst beautiful rainforest, yet within a very short walk, you find yourself at the most amazing picturesque beaches, national park for walks & not too far for a variety of restaurants & shopping at Noosa's famous Hastings Street. I would highly recommend staying here.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful location and amazing house What a wonderful place to stay for our family! This house had it ALL for anybody holidaying with kids. Being steps from Little cove and a short walk to Hastings street meant we didn't get in the car once...everything we needed was provided and house was so big we could all have a quiet place to retreat to. So quiet and beautiful backdrop of the national park, but close enough to the action - we'll be back for sure.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic holiday house! We were so happy with our stay at little cove. The house was larger than expected and was well equipped for our family. The layout worked well with a great family room that the kids could play in while we could enjoy a glass of wine in the main room overlooking the garden ( the garden is enchanting and you feel like you are staying in a tree house). Everything worked well but was not so precious that you were worried about the kids touching and breaking things which has been a worry for us in the past. Perfect house for a holiday with a young family.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect holiday destination! What a terrific place to get away and relax. The house was extremely large and had everything we needed (including a pram and undercover parking). We were able to park the car and walk to the beach, hastings st, national park etc etc. The location is really unique under the rainforest canopy - very quiet and private. Whilst the house wasn't cold, it did have excellent heating when needed, including fireplace and gas heating. Can't wait to book again soon!
