There are 2 bedrooms, the main with a queen sized bed and ensuite, the second has two singles. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, ceiling fans and are air-conditioned. Both bathrooms have been fully renovated to a very high standard, the ensuite has a bath.
The kitchen and dining/living area are open plan, air conditioned, have a ceiling fan and open onto a balcony. There is a separate powder room off the lounge-room.
The ground level has a walk-in laundry with washing machine, dryer and storage space. There is undercover parking for one car.
Vehicle access is by private driveway off Noosa Parade. Pedestrian access is either via Noosa Parade or Hastings Street.
There is on-site management with a tour booking office. The tariffs include a Departure Clean, additional servicing and cot hire are available. Guests wishing to use the bbq are asked to book it through the Manager's Office.
