- Sunshine Beach Lifeguards patrol all year. Cafes, restaurants, shops and the Surf Club are situated within an easy walking distance 500m
- The south side of the Noosa National Park is also only a few minutes walk away, with fantastic walking trails to Alexander Bay A bay and around to Noosa main beach.
- Noosa Main Beach, Hasting Street and its array of cafes, shops and restaurants is only a five minute drive away.
- There are many bike/cycle ways and walking tracks all around the Sunshine Beach and Noosa area.
- Noosa/Sunshine Beach area: Annual events & festivities including: Festival of Surfing March, Noosa Winter Festival April, Food & Wine Festival held in May many leading "Master chefs" and foodies attend each year, Noosa Triathlon & Sports Festival held in November the largest event of its kind in the southern hemisphere.
PLEASE NOTE: The base price quoted is on exclusive use of the property for 6 people, being accommodated in the 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom one being the ensuite to the main bedroom 2 living area apartment section of the house. i.e. the remaining rooms are locked off unless "extra person/s" are booking and paid for . All other facilities of the property are for exclusive use - meaning there is no multiple bookings taken.
The price charged is for domestic “guest house” use only. This is not a “party” house and excessive party/function NOISE is strictly prohibited and guests are to maintain quiet enjoyment for surrounding neighbours, in accordance with council requirements.

Ground floor; 2 bedroom self-contained apartment. Kitchenette type set up with microwave, fridge and toaster. Separate bathroom/toilet. This apartment accommodates 5 people having 2 bedrooms, one with a Queen Size bed the other with a single bed and double bunk.
1st Floor; 3 bedroom fully self contained apartment. Large and fully equipped Kitchen. There are two bathroom/toilet, one in the main section of the house and the other off the Studio lounge. This apartment accommodates up to 6 people, having 2 rooms with King size “zip” beds in each and 1 room with a Queen bed.
External Studio; 1 bedroom apartment. Kitchenette facilities. Separate bathroom/toilet. Bedroom has a Queen size bed with a bunk bed situated in the main area. The apartment accommodates up to 4 people.
For those that have been here before, the previous studio area which adjoins the upstairs apartment is now a completely separate lounge / TV room.
