Have you ever been to Noosa (Australia's No 1 Holiday destination)
Sunset Villa is nestled away from all the traffic & busyness of the area. A short walk from Sunset Villa is lake Cooroibah a perfect spot for sitting back, fishing, kayaking, sailing or just having a picnic, the area has swings & a BBQ area.
The typical Queensland home is surrounded by 5 acres of lush tropical gardens which are a delight to the senses. There are many different birds depending on the season and also kangaroos, frilled necked water dragons, possums and other fauna.
The house has three bedrooms all with queen size beds electric blankets (for the winter) and ceiling fans. The main bedroom has its own luxury bathroom with views over the garden and there is also another family bathroom with spa.
Linen (sheets and towels) are provided. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, oven and microwave and a large dining table. There is a comfortable lounge area with TV and DVD with views over the garden.
Outside there is a BBQ area with outdoor setting and plenty of room to relax.
Guests are also welcome to use the herb and vegetable garden. There is also a two hole par three fun Golf Course with clubs and balls provided (No rules). Chickens provide free range eggs daily.

The property is located in Cooroibah a short 7 minute drive into Tewantin where we have a local pub & R.S.L club (great live music and food) along with many shops and supermarket (Woolworth's).
Tewantin is home to a lovely Marina, where you will find a range of different restaurants & shops. There is a cruise boat which offers a lovely hour long sunset cruise for only $10 p/p, a must do whilst visiting. They have a bar on board and cruise up the river highlighting the beauty of the area. The river is lined with lots of great restaurants and fashionable shops. There is also a ferry which you can take into Noosa where there is a beautiful beach and National Park which you should not miss (the views are breathtaking. dolphins and whales are regularly seen from there).

An independent guests report 2013
We stayed at this homely house for a week. The accommodation is first class. Open plan kitchen diner lounge entry is spacious and comfortable. There are multiple doors to the wide verandahs and rear deck which is well equipped with BBQ, etc. The bedrooms are large, master with ensuite and each with queen bed. All very clean and plenty of cooking utensils, crockery etc. Outside, the gardens are lovely and cover acres. The carport leads onto the front verandah. For those that fancy their golfing prowess there are a couple of pitch (well 8 iron) and put holes over the trees in the back yard. There is also a camp fire setting. Lake Coroibah village is a quiet settlement on the shores of the lake with small boat launching and good beach for young children. It is about 6 minutes North of Tewentin (supermarket, RSL club) and a few minutes further finds Gympie Terrace (many restaurants and beautiful riverside walk) or Noosa main street. Hosts are great, friendly and give good advice about where to go, dine out, fish. Very highly recommended.
