Magnificent huge natural rock resort pool. It has a shallow wading pool perfect for toddlers, and a deep main pool with a waterfall that sounds so relaxing when lying in bed at night. It is not heated but is beautifully warm to swim in from September through Easter.
Good level access - only 1 small step to front door and level access to shower for those with mobility issues. perfect for a family getaway from babies to grandparents
the house suits couples for a quiet get away or can easily fit extended families.
Large living areas and bedrooms with sliding doors to bring the outdoors inside.

Park next door for walking/dog exercise and park across the road at the canal - great for a coffee to watch the sunrise, or wine to watch the sunset.

4 bed, 2 living areas, one which can be a 5th bedroom. Extra large living rooms and master bedroom. Makes a great room for 'all the kids' to stay in.
Living areas open to back eating/lounging area and bbq.
There are a piano, ukulele and guitar which are welcome to be played.
Air con in the main lounge that reaches the master bedroom. Portable Aircon in 2nd lounge/5th bedroom. Plenty of windows to let in the breeze. New LED fans in all bedrooms.
The very large master bedroom ihas ensuite and walkin and the pool/waterfall and waterfall can be viewed while lying in bed. Brand new king size mattress. TV
3 extra good sized bedrooms - 2 x double, 1 x twin. All with new mattresses and fans and repainted/decoarated in 2017.
Family bathroom, with separate toilet.
The kitchen dining area is open living with french doors to the outdoor area. Kitchen is equipped with plenty of appliances
There is a second large living room with a bed, 5 seat L shaped couch. Loads of games . The room has separate entrance to the back yard and gate to the walking track in the park beyond. The park has a paved track where it is safe for children to ride bikes/scooters.
The yard is fully lockable and secure for pets. There is a doggie door for small dogs in the laundry so that pets may come and go as they please. Pets are welcome . There is a pet couch in the living room specifically for cats to use as a scratching post or pooches to sleep on.
The outdoor eating area and yard has trampoline and boxing bag for the children and a double hammock for the adults. There is also a bbq and beer fridge and outdoor dining setting and 3 separate cane lounge settings
The house is perfect for families. In the back yard there is a 25ft half pipe skateboard ramp and netball hoop for the children. The gardens are tropical and lush and there are lime trees in the front entrance so you can pop a couple in your summer drinks
Next door is a small oval for ball sports and a paved path for biking, walking or running. It is very quiet and safe and a well used dog walking track. There are lovely walks along this track and it is also a shortcut to the main shopping centre and nearby school ovals.

Smart TV in main lounge, 2nd TV in main bedroom.
There is no undercover parking and the garage is not available for guest use, however there is off street parking and room for 3 - 4 vehicles in the driveway.
Skate Ramp. This 25ft half pipe only wear skate shoes or sneakers on the ramp and use only skateboards. No bikes on the ramp as they may damage the surface. Thank you
