Kawana Island offers a unique family lifestyle with 10kms of walkways surrounding the island, perfect for an early morning walk or bike ride. Close proximity to parks, shops, restaurants and cafes. Nearby to Kawana Shoppingtown, Kawana Health Precinct and Kawana Sports Precinct and Aquatic Centre.
Only 5 minutes' walk to Minyama shops and Jessica Park, 10 minute bike ride to Mooloolaba esplanade, or a 20 minute walk to the beach. Conveniently located with easy driving access to the Sunshine motorway, north to Noosa, jump on Nicklin Way to Caloundra or head towards Bruce Highway to the beautiful hinterland.
Guests will have access to the entire house including double lock up garage, with the exception of one locked cupboard in the garage and one locked shed in the rear yard. All beach toys and other equipment may be enjoyed by guests during their stay. As they are family possessions, we just ask that you be careful and treat them as your own.
The people on our street are friendly and the neighbours are lovely. This is a very quiet and peaceful area, where neighbours are laid back and very community minded. We ask that you please respect our neighbours, be considerate with noise and treat our house with care. No pets or loud parties.
There are plenty of buses running in all directions from the Kawana Transport Hub at the Kawana Shoppingtown which is only a short walking distance away.
Accessible by car and conveniently located close to Nicklin Way, Sunshine Motorway, and not far from the Bruce Highway.
Day trip options within 30 minutes include Noosa, Montville, Glasshouse Mountains, Aussie World, Australia Zoo, Underwater World, Eumundi Markets and plenty more. Take a boat cruise and watch the whales, or head up to Tin Can Bay to feed the Dolphins.
