The house boasts a chefs kitchen with a very large island bench with premium European appliances such as 2 smeg ovens and a warming tray, a five burner Asko gas cooktop and not to mention the zip tap for instant, cold, boiling or sparkling water. There are three expansive outdoor deck spaces, a private saltwater pool, and a large but cosy theatre room retreat.
Glass sliding doors open up completely to create an indoor/outdoor feeling in the vast open living area, allowing the coastal breeze to flow uninterrupted throughout the house... Alternatively, opt to flood the space with fully ducted airconditioning if this is your preference.
