Just a 50-metre stroll to a 15km stretch of pristine surf beach, this 2BR modern, refurbished split-level townhouse occupies a unique position of Queensland's Sunshine Coast. Complete with ocean views of the Coral Sea and on-shore breezes, a privately managed, self-catering holiday rental with lots of extras.
The ground floor features a fully tiled, air-conditioned living area, 42"LED/Smart TV, DVD/MP3 player and leather lounge suite. Modern kitchen, dining suite and outdoor patio setting. A lawn area off the patio is ideal for families of all ages.
The second floor features 2 fully carpeted bedrooms, both with private balconies. Sleep comfortably in luxurious, display quality bed linen. Peregian Beach is located on the Sunshine Coast - approx 10km south of Noosa & 5km north of Coolum Beach. The Townhouse is a 20 min walk past the Duckpond Reserve to Peregian Beach village - home to regional restaurants, cafes, boutique shops, supermarket & amenities.
The area is well serviced by transport - buses, airport shuttle, taxis & limousines all run along the coast. The Sunshine Coast Motorway provides an easy 90km trip south to Brisbane. The Sunshine Coast airport is a 20 minute drive and provides direct links to Sydney and Melbourne via Jet Star & Virgin. Seasonal direct flights from New Zealand on Air New Zealand.
Local attractions include Noosa National Park and the Glass-House mountains. The Australia Zoo (of Steve/Bindy Erwin fame) is nearby at Beerwah. Australian wildlife abounds throughout the region.
Swimming, surfing, sun-baking is year round (local air/sea temperatures rarely fall below 20 degrees celcius). Snorkeling, sailing and fishing also are local favourites.

The resort foreshore is a native wildlife habitat of brush turkeys, goannas, koalas (yes, they have returned!), sea eagles and other marine & coastal birds. Dolphins, sea turtles & whales (May-Nov) can be seen along the coast.
Peregian Beach is famous for its relaxed lifestyle, beautiful beaches and its central location to: Championship golf courses (Coolum, Noosa, Peregian Springs), Glass House mountains, Noosa National Park, coloured sands of Fraser Island (World Heritage), Hervey Bay & Mooloolaba (whale watching), Erwin's 'Australia Zoo' at Beerwah, and the art/craft & food markets Peregian, Eumundi and Noosa.
Getting there 'is a breeze'. Sunshine Coast airport in Maroochydore is a 20 minute drive with direct links to Sydney and Melbourne on Jet Star and Virgin with seasonal direct flights from NZ on Air New Zealand. Transfers from/to Sunshine Coast airport by bus, airport shuttle, taxi/limousine or hire car. Alternate road travel is an easy 90km north of Brisbane.
