Modern spacious home fully appointed, just 30 minutes north of Brisbane. The area is a favourite holiday destination for families, couples, nature lovers and pet lovers. Many people walk dogs or ride bikes along the cliff walk. Dolphins, sea turtles, dugongs and various fish are frequently seen as well as pelicans and many, many different bird species. There are several small secluded sandy beaches along Sandstone Point which are suitable for swimming for children and pets too. Close beach access is via a walkway at 18-20 Albert Pl which opens onto Pebble Beach Common and Pebble Beach, although it is a sandy beach.
Old fashioned seaside holiday on the mainland side of Bribie Island. The modern home is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, is spacious with the coast just across the street and direct beach access in both directions. The backyard is fully fenced and has a covered outdoor patio area. There is a double garage with internal entry to the home to park your car and small boat in.
The home has a level entry with one or the four bedrooms and one of the three bathrooms downstairs, which is suitable for an elderly guest. All amenites are very close by supermarket, shops, doctor, dentist, newsagency, Sandstone Point Hotel, eateries etc. The coastal walk, fishing, beaches and cliff are literally a short stroll away on the other side of the street. The views are awesome: Redcliffe, Brisbane airport, Moreton Island and Bribie Island. The Sandstone Point Hotel was built in 2015 and is a major venue for meals, drinks, and big name bands. It fronts Moreton Bay and has a jetty. There is a stunning dog-off-leash beach at south Woorim on Bribie the surfside. It extends for several kms.

First National Bribie Island is closed on the following public holidays and therefore no incoming or outgoing bookings or transactions can be made on these days. Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Anzac Day, Christmas Day, Boxing Day. As also stated in our terms and conditions, all bookings for December – January holiday period must be paid in full by 1st November each year.

Please note that our holiday rental properties do NOT provide linen, unless otherwise stated. You are required to bring with you, sheets, pillow cases, towels, teatowels, toiletries, toilet paper and cleaning/washing liquids. There is a linen hire service available, we can arrange that for you too if required.
