The house was the original homestead for Wundaburra Estate built Circa 1900. The original property has been divided up into smaller allotments but the main house remains on this 10 acre farm.
There is a large central dinning room with a cosie lounge and study nook off too the side. There is a large desk, some sofas and a slow combustion stove to relax by and read a book. It also does a great job at warming the house on the cooler months of the year.
The kitchen has heaps of appliances and utensils for all sorts of cooking. There is fridge/freezer, dishwasher, gas cooker and oven, coffee grinder, espresso machine, toaster, sandwich press, etc.
There is a large main bedroom with a King Sized bed, lots of storage, heaps of natural light, direct access to the balcony and it is breezy.
The second room has a double bed and more storage.
